This is my go to fedex location, I've been here to use printing services, to ship items, and to buy various envelopes boxes and things. This past experience was the exact reason why I come here! Ted (one of the employees) truly went above and beyond in helping me to ship several items, it was a bit chaotic on my end in terms of trying to get everything out. This place is tough to try and find a parking place - it's always packed. The service was pretty good. One guy was not as helpful but another guy went out of his way to assist with my issue which was I needed a document notarized. Don't bother trying at FedEx, they only do this online for $25. UPS offers it in the store for $10. So off I went to UPS. read more

Called ahead about a print job for a planner. They assured me they did these all the time and we would discuss layout when I came in. Discussed the layout and even brought in a model of what I wanted...a simple planner layout. I added a cover page because I thought pages had to be even....I was wrong but they do this all the time and should have caught it. They did NOT check layout before printing. The layout was totally wrong and unusable. It had color so was not cheap. I came in and they offered me a 20% discount for their mistake. Seriously?! No thanks. I wasted money for something I can't even use. If you decide to use them, ALWAYS insist on checking their work before print. I will not be using their services again. read more

First time visit at this location and Jeff (assistant manager) was super helpful. Needed to ship a package to family in FL and with COVID still lurking, I wasn't sure which service method worked best. Jeff assured me FedEx Home deliveries arrive within 5 days. Residential packages tend to default to this method (good to know). As a result of COVID, FedEx (as with most carriers) have temporarily suspended the signature required option so you're literally biting your nails and praying package is safely delivered. read more

The last that I was at this Fed Ex location was over a year ago. The interior has completely changed. It has an all new layout, which caught me a bit off guard. I walked to the printing counter and a young man assisted me with printing photos from my cell. Everything is done via electronically, and is simple after you use it one time. To be frank, I was completely clueless at first and the man had to help me twice. He was super friendly, patient and helpful. So glad I came here instead of my usual Office Depot. read more

My boyfriend went in to ship out a return item for me. The lady turned him away without looking at the system to see if it was something FedEx could take. She told him he needed an account. He came back to the car and I went in to tell her they company told me to drop it by whichever carrier was closest to me. She was vacuuming and wasn't paying any attention. He walked up to her and said "excuse me ma'am" maybe 5 or 6 times. She finally comes over to the counter and then ask. Well what are you returning. (Why wasn't this done in the first place). She looks in the system and tells me I have to pay for return, even though I have a return label from the company. In my opinion she should not be working for a company that is so well known. Waited a week for photographic copies in black and white. Copies at pickup were not in black and white. Center offered to reprint, but explained I would have to pay extra. It's one thing to make a mistake with the requirement, but having to pay extra to have it corrected? Terrible customer service. Will never get print work done here again. read more

This Kinkos has exceptional technical capabilities, and their staff are experts. I had 3 color and 9 black and white files combined, with two-sided printing, the pages numbered sequentially and laminated covers with a coil binding. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, so I ordered 22 additional copies. Denise put me in touch with Dustin at the National Bid Center, so the unit cost was reduced by more than half. read more

EPIC FAIL!!! I had the worst experience of my life here! No one was there to greet me or offered any help whatsoever. One of the employees chewed me out in front of everyone because I didn't know where the self service copiers where. The person he was helping was laughing at me. I ran out of there very humiliated. I rather go to their location on Ben White than to this crappy location. These employees have no idea the concept of customer service. Even if it is 24 hours, just wait and go to the library. As far as graphic design, support the freelance graphic designers out there. They need it more than this stupid corporation. read more

This is my favorite FedEx location in the country. I've had to go to Print&Ship Centers across the country to print off materials before visiting client sites. They are incredibly responsive and really work with you on turnaround time. The 24-hr service is also a huge help. read more

I had the best experience ever here while printing stuff for my wedding. Firstly, I went to Quik Print, and the quotes were significantly higher than FedEx. So, keep that in mind for your random printing/copying needs. Secondly, my stuff was always ready earlier than they quoted me, which was pretty awesome. The location is convenient, and it's 24 hours. The customer service was awesome, seriously they were so helpful and asked me questions to ensure the quality/price of what I needed was acceptable. And I got a lot here, I'm talking 100 copies of a booklet, a photo blown up, name cards, etc. They also can always make you a proof if you want to see something before getting multiple copies. Good job FedEx. You definitely exceeded my expectations. read more

I usually avoid FedEx/Kinkos for getting prints made because not only do the prints not turn out well for what I need (printing out my own Illustration work, I believe for standard documents and resumes and such they do a good job), but usually the employees give off an unpleasant vibe. I usually feel like I'm causing them huge pains when I ask for assistance. This was FAR from the case at this location. I was pretty frantic because I was getting my portfolio printed the day before an interview. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted and asked how I could be helped. I wasn't exactly sure what type of print I was trying to get, so the young lady (I believe her name was Cierra) who was helping me just asked what type of project I was having printed and suggested options, even pulling out the paper swatches for me. The prints were done instantaneously. Some didn't turn out quite to my liking, but she was very accommodating about reprinting some of them for me. I couldn't get all of my work printed in one trip because I had saved some of my files incorrectly, but she gave me the printer name and type of paper used so that my prints would match the others when I came in later. This was some of the best customer service I've ever had in a print shop. Definitely made a stressful task much easier! read more

Love this place. I don't have a printer and so when I need to print a return label it's always an issue. UPS makes you sign onto their computer and pay by the minute for internet. Here, you just email them a link and they print it for you. Couldn't be easier. Nice people. No lines. I live on the other side of town, but make the drive here because it's so great. read more

I went into this FedEx to ship a t-shirt to Canada. I asked the worker to send it the cheapest way possible and after packaging up the gift and having me sign all the documents, he said my total was $91. I immediately canceled and went to USPS where the same t-shirt to Canada cost me $18 to send! Make sure to do research and ask questions before overpaying for their shipments. read more

I've been to another Kinko's (the one on Burnet) and that place would get one star. Sorry, Burnet Rd. Kinko's, the 3300 Bee Caves location has you beat by A LOT. Julian helped me with a print order today and he really went above and beyond to make sure I received the product I needed. He was helpful and attentive and fixed the problems with my file so that it would print multiple copies correctly. He was courteous and considerate, to the point of picking up on my (casually mentioned) intention to cut my pages with scissors and offering the use of their paper slicer instead. An errand I had been dreading instead turned out to be a great experience. Kudos to Julian! read more

I was just in this FedEx to ship something. There were 4 people working behind the counter and only one was with a customer. They completely ignored me for 5 minutes until one of them said he'd be with me in a moment. I waited as I watched them pack up shipments for other customers who were long gone. I waited another 8 minutes before finally walking out. I'll take my business elsewhere. This fedex really needs stronger management. read more

Writing this review as I stand at the counter for the 5th time today to pick up my very simplistic print order. Not to bore anyone, but asked for a simple order at 730am for a need delivery. The gentleman that was using the counter to hold himself up tried several times to get me to print the order myself versus them doing the work? Went to pick up 1pm- order was completely printed and quoted wrong. Hey didn't really apologize but stated they would rush and have to me asap. I was good with and came back 4 hours later to give them some extra time. Still not ready. Still no apology- just the comment this takes a long time to print. The- what appeared to be a manager- heard me complain and remained in the back with his head down and even made some wise crack to the rep. Didn't speak or acknowledge me. I left came 30 minutes later versus the 15 they asked me to come back. Still not done. I apologies just a comment that he can't dedicate his time to my order as e had customers. Still no apologies, no managers, and no real service. I'm still sitting at the counter and none of the 10 people working are taking care of my order or are helping me. Manager is organizing a table in the back Now i have to take these across town to the airport so my boss can have for his presentation tonight and my day that should have ended at 3pm will over at 7pm. Still no real apologies or the acknowledgement of a manager. Just worried sure I'm paying my bill and nothing more. Person next me order is wrong and manager or real presence of anyone in control. Just comments like this is how are day has been going Pathetic customer service and back room office management hiding from the customers. I first went Office Depot and the UPS, but failed to ship my box because the lines were sooo long. So I came here, and wow... what a nice change! The store is spacious and someone immediately attended to me. Everyone was so friendly and polite, even to my two year old who was running around trying to make a mess! It only took a couple of minutes to ship my box. I will now always come here! Overall great experience! read more

One star is too high for this place. This FedEx store has the worst customer service. It took me three visits to finally drop off a small prepaid shipping item. The staff (excluding one sales woman) said I had either the wrong size or that my shipping materials were too tattered to withstand shipment via FedEx. A store clerk told me that when a cardboard container is used for shipping, it loses 70% of it's integrity therefore they cannot put their shipping label on it. I needed to purchase their packaging. Another clerk told me that a padded, paper envelope I wished to use had lost it's waterproofing value because of a small cut in the exterior. (Who knew paper padded envelopes were waterproof) Again she offered to sell em something she thought was better because it was new. The bottom line was they want me to purchase their shipping materials in lieu of recycling previously used materials. Both times the clerks scoffed at what a buffoon I must be for wanting to use "old" shipping materials. The staff was so rude and very unfriendly. Due to this experience I hope I never have to set foot in a FedEx store again. By the way, there is a UPS across the street. read more

Oh man do I love these guys. I've always loved this location and the people who work there but today really sealed the deal. I was trying to mail a return to Hong Kong - I started at USPS and couldn't get the forms filled out properly (last time I had someone who didn't know how to fill out the form properly the package never arrived - who knows where it is but it's gone). So I decided to leave and go to UPS across from the post office - because if it's too expensive to go UPS then they can help you do USPS. The guy who was "helping" me couldn't have been more rude and started out by telling me it just wasn't worth it. I had no idea what he meant - I thought he was joking but he just kept repeating it's not worth it - evidently not worth it to try to ship the package to Hong Kong. I had to plead with him to get him to look it up for me and he just continued to be rude and tell me how it's not worth it - NEVER offered to do USPS even though I've had to do it that way before there. I ended up just leaving and deciding to go across the street to FedEx. David was the one to help me (love him and I also love Rich). I feel sorry for David because he was super nice and helpful but in the middle of helping me I lost it and just burst into tears because I couldn't hold in the UPS fiasco any longer. Everyone turned around at the front and I'm sure thought David was to blame. I, of course, explained what happened and David couldn't have been more understanding and helpful. Since it was going to be super expensive he offered to help me fill out the forms for USPS (even though they don't transfer to USPS like UPS does) so that I would have it correct to mail when I went over there. He then did me one better and walked me down to PakMail - where he had called ahead and he helped me get fixed up over there. I went back in after finishing to thank him for helping me out and they were all so nice about my break down. Needless to say - I filled out the survey on FedEx to tell them kudos but I knew I needed to yelp it as well. LOVE the people at this location. They are always awesome. All I can say is that Julian is the man! I spent at least 5 hours in there today cutting and pasting a typography booklet together which was a tedious task. Upon completion I needed the pages to be spiral bound which was very nerve-racking considering how long it took me to put all the pages together. Before Julian began punching the holes in my booklet, he showed me a demo cut and asked if it looked alright with me, which it did. Two minutes later he returned with my typography booklet cut and bound to perfection! I will definitely be using this FedEx location in my designer years to come! read more

The online ordering system gave me a 12:00 pick up time, but I called the store, spoke with Chris (who was extremely professional and polite given my slight deadline panic attack) and was able to get them less than an hour! This location used to have employees with good attitudes, and was open 24 hours. That's no longer the case. Nearly every employee will tell you they are understaffed, as one of the excuses for a job not being ready. A recent job we took in was not ready on time and not done properly, even with repeated visits on our part. Beware, if you have a deadline. read more
