He took like 10 seconds to wipe off the one and it was still dirty because he barely tried. You should not have to fight for a service you PAID for so no I didn't say anything else.)

The dryer also did a poor job. I waited a few days and decided to go back to confirm if it was me or the car wash. I inspected my new vehicle before entering the car wash. This time I purchased the $13 wash and immediately after I reinspected my car and the car wash once again didn't rinse all the soap off and spots were already forming. I also discovered a large amount of tar like black marks on the sides of the hood and all over the front fenders. It took me over 30 minutes to hand clean the black marks off and clean the soap spots. What a waste of money, will never take a newer vehicle there again!
