They don't do thicker crusts but do quite a few alternatives as far as dietary restrictions and sauces go. Think 'Godfathers' pizza is allowed to survive and modernize instead of hitting its gas-station nadir and you'll get an accurate description. Pretty tasty, very scarfable pies that are about two bucks too expensive. Kitchen staff in this open-floor plan joint are fast, responsive and extremely efficient, and the place is clean. Stopped here to meet a friend for lunch. Very cute little kitchen with lots of good seating options for indoor or outdoor, well as large meeting space. We chose to sit outside on a hot day but they have nice fans to keep the air moving, so it wasn't too bad. Good quality was solid. I didn't have pizza but my wife and I shared a grilled sandwich and salad. It was very flavorful...but maybe I should have done pizza. This place is good, if you eat in. I would not order to go from here if you are getting a salad, they never get them right on our to go orders. My husband usually gets the 1931 and I get the fresh west, they forget ingredients every time I've ordered to go, last time they made it with all spinach and forgot mushrooms, this time they forgot croutons and pepperoni. Later sine other people cane in and at at tables, confused about the fact that they needed to order at the counter. I was in the mood for a salad but they don't offer salads. We started with the cheesy garlic breadsticks. They were very good but swimming in grease. This pizza place has a good location away from Missouri Blvd. The decor is cute, somewhat industrial. Staff friendly. I've had this pizza three times. The first time was cold and day old from my sisters fridge-amazing. The second time was hot out of the oven, eh, so-so. The third time was cold again-from my sister--very good. There are dozens of pizza places here in Jefferson City and plenty of others that serve good hot pizza. This place just opened a couple months. I must say I was impressed by the restaurant. My visit occurred on a busy Saturday afternoon (peak lunch hours) and the restaurant was packed. However our food arrived quickly and it was absolutely delicious! The pizza is very good but the cheesy garlic breadsticks are AMAZING! I highly suggest trying out the breadsticks when visiting.
