The menu describes it as beef, applewood smoked bacon, red onions, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, topped with shredded lettuce and dill pickle chips. We received it with no onions and what they didn't mention is that it has ketchup and mustard on it. It had a strong yellow mustard flavor.
