The refreshment stations are nice too. The service at The Grind is more hit than miss but I couldn't just say there weren't misses. Overall they were pleasant to interact with. The wait is a bit lengthy but the temperature and flavor so the food is on point. Plenty of parking but the flow is a bit inconvenient.

Seeing that the hubbub had quieted down, I recently used their drive-through for a simple nitro cold brew. The person who took my order at the speaker stand seemed unaware that cold brew existed in a nitro version. My vehicle was fourth in line, and I waited about ten minutes to get my order. The server at the drive through window was friendly. Unfortunately, the lid on my drink cup wasn't properly secured, and it fell into my coffee. It looks like there's room for some improvement, but I'm certainly glad to have more coffee options in this part of far eastern Arkansas. I asked to speak with a manager because I felt this was poor customer service, especially over something as small as a 25-cent sauce packet. Unfortunately, my interaction with the manager was even more concerning. I felt that he was rude, condescending, dismissive, and unprofessional in the way he spoke to me. I have been a frequent and loyal customer, which made this experience especially disappointing.
