The system was not working. Everything was working fine until Best Irrigation winterized my system last fall. I called the company and they told me there must be damage from the freeze that had happened. This damage was not communicated to me, noted in the service techs notes, nor anything said about any damage that could have happened because of the freeze. The parts were lying on the ground and parts were obviously broken. The service tech told me everything went fine. If parts were lying on the ground and cracked parts, then there was obvious damage and it should have been communicated. If I knew there was damage I would have scheduled an appointment. The lack of communication is unacceptable and I will be finding a new irrigation company. I spoke to Best Irrigation and they did not want to remedy or help fix the problem.

Even though the crew had the company's drawing. They did tear these out and replace them but not without complaint and attempted blame shifting. Then they replaced a large portion of our driveway and it flaked, peeled, and spaled the first winter .No salt was used on it and it saw little actual traffic. They did replace 1/2 of this area at no charge however it is just as bad now. Again no salt and minimal traffic. They did ask us what we think caused it..IDK they are the "experts" They have instructed us to pressure wash and seal the affected area. This "concrete" is not solid enough to withstand much washing... In the end we wasted our home improvement dollars on sub par quality that will not hold up at all. A very poor choice on our part. After having used Rainbow Treecare for years, I recently started using their lawn care services…read more Despite our recent dry spell (nothing when compared to other spots) I have found my front yard to be aerated, weed free and well tended (if significantly brown and patchy because of the weather, not Rainbow). Add that they will visit your yard several times at no additional cost until you are essentially satisfied. Obviously this policy has provisions. However I found it to be a blessing when I happened to have some very resistant weeds that were eventually eliminated. I chose to prepay for multiple treatments. You might want to pay each time they come out. Note: Lawncare currently does no mowing or landscaping. According to the Website, Rainbow uses "organic, bee friendly" products. This was important to me. For what it's worth, following a treatment my lawn does not seem to emanate a pronounced chemical odor that is often the norm elsewhere. Anyway, in a relatively crowded market, Rainbow represents good value to me and I plan to be a longtime customer.
