I was hesitant at first because I though lessons needed to be in person, but I'm glad I decided to take virtual lessons!!! Even though we couldn't train together in person I still noticed a huge improvement in my dogs behavior! Kaitlyn is great at communicating and easy to get along with. She answered my abundance of questions with easy and was happy to do so. She is very experienced and could spot small things I was doing in my practices with my dog that were doing more harm than good!! Beau is just 5 months old and thanks to Kaitlyn he can now: -leave something alone when asked. -not jump up or become nippy when playing. -reliably come when called (and has an emergency recall, recommended by Kaitlyn....genius!) -Wait to be fed -Quiet down on command (still working on it but he's come a LONGGG way) -Has made leaps and bounds in resource guarding, he still does guard but no where near as bad as when I took him home! This is after just two lessons!! Now, it is A LOT of homework on my end to keep up with his training but having a trained dog is a life long commitment to working with them, Kaitlyn offered GREAT advice and guidance. Plus you can not beat her prices!

He was swimming tons on our vacation and his tail got matted. It cost me $110 at the vet to treat an infection he got from the raw shave on his bum. Of course Asia blames me and told me to keep him out of the pool (um, lake!) and they weren't paying the vet bill bc she's had to shave him before. Yes she did. At the start of the season so he was nice a cool. I will pay the $20+ more to go to a real, upstanding groomer. I WOULD NOT GO TO YOU AGAIN IF YOU WERE THE LAST GROOMER ON THE PLANET

So when I say I should have never brought him here I mean it. I usually go to fur crazy pet salon up the street from this place since they're closer to my house and they do online scheduling but since they were booked so far out I thought I would try all-star. His haircut looks good but he has scratches on his belly from what I'm guessing was their electric razor and they cut one nail so short it's bleeding and that's the equivalent of having the tip of your finger cut off for a dog. This dog is a very good laid back dog. He is my best friend. We go everywhere together and he always has this blind faith that I will protect him which he is not usually wrong. I am not happy with myself.
