Great nail salon, and a bit of city heaven in the country! Very nice establishment, and easy to get in. We made reservations at 2:00 pm and the place was bright, clean and very friendly. Both for pedicures, perfect temperature for the foot basin. A great pedicure, gentle touch and she really got in there. Wonderful staff! Plenty of parking. Very reasonably priced. I don't know if I'll go to another salon again. I was so pleased with the quality of care I got! I got the deluxe pedicure with gel polish and a gel manicure. The pedicure was so relaxing. The massage chairs were very comfortable. It's so clean in here! You can see the sanitizing machines in the back near the sinks, and they open up new packages of tools with each customer which I appreciate. It's a very professional and nice atmosphere here. I went to get my nails done six days ago and they were already chipping and I got gel. So I went back thinking that they could easily fix it. No problem and I was questioned and asked if I really went here and the lady told me she didn't remember me, and one of the ladies even told me that it was sus that I came in asking for my nails to be fixed. I showed them proof I was here and still I was questioned I even said I would pay for them to fix my nails. I just wanted them fixed. I was given an attitude and I was treated with disrespect, and I will never come here again. They should really look into training their employees on customer service, and honesty. I was not trying to get anyone in trouble by coming in asking for my nails to be fixed. I just wanted the service I deserve and paid for! read more

After having a bad Pedi, I have to say the worst. My nails were not cleaned, my polish wasn't put on good and it only lasted 20 mins, I think she massaged my legs 10 of the 20 mins I decided to give them another try but when I called to explain they hung up on me. There's plenty of salons to get pedis and this wasn't the first time I had an issue. If u don't pay the big bucks then don't go here. read more

I have been going to West Nails for the last three years and in the past 3 months, the prices have gone up twice without any prior notice. They do not tell you ahead of time at all. In June/July I paid $36 for pedi/mani which was up from $30. Ok Now today, August 20, the price was $40 for pedi/mani. I only want the basic treatment, no massaging. I think the owner decides the amount by sizing people up. I went dressed and put together better than normal due to a previous appointment. Very dishonest. Went today as a walk in for a mani/pedi. Waited about,15 minutes. Completely reasonable for a walk in. Pedicure was relaxing & well done. Opted for a gel manicure. Again was done efficiently, with great attention to small details. My nails look great! ! I will definitely be back! read more

I went in for a pedicure. Barely got a hello. I said I wanted a pedicure. I waited more than 45 minutes while everyone took their time. Very rude and disrespectful. Not a good way to run your business. I ended up leaving. read more

I was a walk-in and requested a pedicure. I was told to pick my color and they would be with me shortly. 2 other people were having pedicures. Another employee came out from the back room, asked what I wanted and directed me to a foot bath. She prepared it, took the polish I picked and lead me to believe she would be doing my pedicure. Another person walked in and was known to the manicurist - she left me and went to work preparing her fingernails for removal of a gel. I assumed she would than get back to me. Instead she helped that woman to the foot spa next to me and began her pedicure. Meanwhile I sat for 25 minutes with my feet in the foot spa with nothing happening. I asked for a towel to dry my feet because I was leaving. She said that the other manicurist was almost finished and would e with me soon. I said I was no longer interested since no one had told me that the wait would be this long and I had to go. She got an attitude and than completely ignored me. I have never been so unsatisfied. Two of my nails have already popped off and I just came here a week ago! The ladies are very nice but I will never be returning. I got a full set of the dip powder & for some odd reason the lady had me dry them under a UV lamp. I know I don't know too much but I do know for a fact that the whole point of getting the dip is to not use the UV!!!! I have never had to use the UV when getting dip. Very unhappy and totally wasted $40 read more

I have had acrylics on for the past two and a half years and out of all of the places I have gone this is by far the absolute worst. It should be shut down alone for how disgusting the place is. Cob webs in the corners, dirty chairs, a dirty water fountain. I went there to get a fill and the workers are unbelievably rude. My nail chipped two days later and when I went to get it fixed another rude worker did it. And then I was charged extra for them messing up. I got gel polish which should not have chipped a day or two later. The workers ripped my arms towards them every time which was so unnecessary. They then would smash my hands down in the dryer. I wasn't the only one they were yelling at. In my ten minute visit each lady yelled at three different customers. 0/10 would NEVER recommend!!!!!!! read more

Worst nail salon i have ever experienced in my life , very rude and disrespectful , got my nails done for prom and one broke the next day then 2 more broke the very next day .
