It was a kind thing to do without me even asking. I also noticed they continuously clean up and support one another to keep the clients moving along and happy. I went in on 7/23 to get a gel manicure for a wedding I had that night. An hour after leaving ,my nail polish on one finger completely peeled off. I ran back quickly and got it fixed at no charge. I left for my cape vacation the next morning and the same thing happened to 2 more nails. I'm not able to go in to get them fixed since I'm away. I also don't feel like I should have to run over to the salon every day to fix the next peeled nail. I asked the salon for a refund ($33) so I could go get my nails redone down here and they refuse. They said they would give me a discount when I come back, which is totally unacceptable as I want to get my nails done during this vacation without paying again. I hate to write anything negative about a small business during these times but I tried to work with them via phone and text to get the issue resolved and now I'm just being ignored. I would have hoped they would stand by their work. When I initially spoke to someone via Facebook, they essentially blamed my nail type (?) for the problem. i'm really not asking for much, as I just want my $33 refunded. I explained that he could keep the tip, I just feel the service should be refunded as I got less than 12 hours with all my nails done.

It was quiet and relaxing so I enjoyed a long soak and extra massage chair time lol Vicki's is great! She was meticulous and knowledgeable about my nail care. Even though I was the last appointment of the night she took her time and made sure my nails came out perfectly. She didn't rush and made me feel like I've been coming here for years.
