I have to get labs done often, I did mention that to the lady and let her know my good vein has been accessed quite a bit, and they typically use a butterfly needle to avoid more trauma when they can't access my other veins. She stuck me with a regular gauge in my easy to access overused vein, and I can honestly say, I've never had a poke hurt, but it did. Given the timeframe I came, I was able to get in and out fairly quickly, which was the upside. With that said, my overall experience left me not feeling great when I walked out the door. When you battle any chronic condition, lab work is routine in your day to day. To feel as if you are a nuisance to an individual who is paid to provide A service, professionalism and care shouldn't be an exception. It doesn't cost much to have human decency, you don't know what it's taken for that person just to get to that appointment. Do better.

I have had several times through the years where they struggled to find all the orders from my DR - but it has been super smooth since I started bringing a paper copy of the orders with me. Adequate parking. Technicians are friendly and definitely know what they are doing. When it's colder or I'm dehydrated, my veins don't present as generously, but the techs have always been able to get what they need with very little discomfort. I always make an appointment and I'm usually done in 20 minutes. Thanks for making something not usually on my fun list quick, easy, and painless.

The urgent care department has two providers, a doctor and a physician assistant, who I felt misunderstood my request for muscle relaxers to alleviate a severe spasm in my spine and nerve pain in my face. Unfortunately, they delayed my treatment and made light of my condition, which was unsettling. I was also taken aback by their unprofessional comments about my diagnosis. Saying, I'm not God, I can't make your condition go away. Excuse me, what medical professional makes ridiculous comments like that? I took steps to address these issues and ensure that everyone receives exceptional care, by reporting them to the medical board and CEO. I am empowered to advocate for myself and others, and I am committed to creating positive change in my community. Other patients have complained about inaccurate care at this facility as well. I refuse to be sacrificed because they're unaware of my health conditions, one was DDD and the other Trigeminal neuralgia.

They also only do X-rays now by appointment so if you break a bone or might have pneumonia you cannot get an X-ray until at least a week later. Go to the hospital instead. My doctor is as frustrated as I am and he has heard that Radiology Assoc is even worse. Hire the office staff and run this business properly. Dr. Chandler and her staff cannot do basic medical requests/procedures like referrals, medical reconcillation (going over your current medications), lab work (misses what lab is to test for which causes patients to have to have blood drawn AGAIN) etc., etc. I have never seen anything like it but if you do a little research on Dr. Chandler, she has a history of bad patient care. One reviewer said that "Dr. Chandler was great at first but care diminished over time." I feel the same way. She is great during your first appointment only to become terrible afterwards. I tried to complain to the office manager "Dawn B," but the gatekeepers, who answer the phones, refused to transfer me to Dawn's voicemail and I can guarantee she didn't give "Dawn" a message from me. I know this because my spouse tried to get a "primary care referral" from Chandler's office to go to a dermatologist for two straight weeks (for a condition that was getting worse and worse re: his autoimmune disease) he ended up going to Urgent Care (2x) in Santa Maria. Dignity Health's insurance REQUIRES a patient to use a primary care office to get any specialist care. I am horrified and sickened at how poorly ran this office is. How poorly Chandler listens to her patients. How poorly their medical assistants are. No patient should EVER be treated so poorly by a physician or their staff. I cannot recommend Medical Clinic at Peach to anyone until behavior changes. Sadly, I don't think it will given Chandler's history at her previous clinic and her current one.

I wanted to write this review because while this has been pretty much my only experience as a patient at a hospital, I am forever grateful for the treatment I received. I came in with a temp of 103.9 and a HR of 140. I was so dizzy I could barely stand. I was triaged within minutes and immediately placed in a bay. Every single staff member (several nurses, doctor, lab, EKG and radiology techs) were absolutely incredible. Professional, skilled, expeditious and truly worked as a team. Even though I was super scared, every team member took the effort to put me at ease. I write this as a retired RN who has worked primarily in ICU, but as well as Burn ICU, peri-operative units, and even a few ER shifts when I was a float nurse. Even though I have never been on the patient side until now, I've seen a things or two. Twin Cities delivered. Turns out I had a pretty severe case of pneumonia but a week later I almost feel myself again. The doctor encouraged me to come back if I ever have any problems or if things worsened. I feel relieved to have emergency care like Twin Cities in our community. I've read some pretty abysmal reviews and being a nurse, I know there are always two sides to the story. I reached out to the patient experience email but have not heard back. - I need the claim to be filed with my current insurance ASAP. Your hospital needs to refile this claim. Please provide an email to a responsible member of your billing team so we can finally get this task completed.
