Dr NGO is flippin' awesome! I knew I have severe dry eye even though my last eye doctor (Dr Janis Beck) never acknowledged my discomfort. Also, Dr NGO diagnosed me with cataracts and suggested I get surgery asap because my sight is compromised. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR NGO! I was a long time customer. The doctors there are amazing. Their staff however needs a complete reset and rewind back to how they used to be. Sadly it's gone from bad and could need some improvement, to feel bad for the doctors there having their staff represent them so poorly. When the doctor and owner of the company tells you it will be the cost of the contacts after insurance due at pickup, and snarky Victoria adds a fee then proceeds to tell you that payment needs to be made in full before lenses are ordered after you question the additional fee added, there is a problem. This is not an isolated incident either. Contacts were ordered without my permission or consent a year ago after I was told they were only looking into coverage. And a severely botched order for glasses before that where the staff made it to be my fault that the glasses came 3x thicker than the previous pair ordered there a few years before. Billing staff charged me a copay for a test that was covered in full by insurance. Then added another copay that was waived prior just to stick it to me then sent me a collection letter about it. I had been going here for two decades and never had a problem till recently. And I've held on for as long as I possibly can. To preserve my friendship with one of the owners, I need to go elsewhere. read more

Worst service ever, why do all the receptionist there act as if they're miserable to be there? On March 20th my mother had a scheduled appointment set for 3 p.m. she didn't get seen til 4-4:30 p.m. she wasn't sure how to fill out her paperwork she asked the front desk receptionist a lady with long black hair and not only did she give her attitude but she didn't even try to help her, all she did was tell her "my job isn't to fill out your paperwork" she could've took 2 minutes out of her time to help my mom fill out her paperwork but nope she gave attitude and refused to help, afterwards she was picked out her lease frame and not only did they try to overcharge her for a pair of frames but they also told her she had a "pending" balance of $100? Like ma'am make that make sense to us. Please do better because the environment in that place is not it. read more

I have been with them for years, over a decade actually. Since before they changed into this new building and the customer service has gone downhill. The receptionist are very rude and claimed my sister didn't have an appointment when we showed up. She had an appointment because I was there with her and we both had written it down on our calendars when we were in the office scheduling the appointment. They didn't even apologize or anything. Their prices and extra fees are ridiculous. I'm not sure what happened. Staff used to be super friendly and the doctors as well. Now it's awful. read more

I am leaving this review for Ms. Trish. She changed my spiritual life. So I work at Dollar Tree in Kennewick & had broken my glasses in December & was waiting for my next exam for insurance purposes. Ms. Trish came in on Friday and ended up asking me if she could fix my glasses for me!!! See the thing is she was supposed to work that day and decided to take the day off. Then I get there & not expecting too much she found the same frames that I broke!!!! Thank you Ms. Trish God bless you Girlfriend!!! I went & all the employees made me feel special!!! They were excellent. They got me in fast, had a wide selection of glasses to choose from, and I received my new glasses quickly.

Switched from old eye care provider due to location. Came in to get fitted for contacts and they informed me of a $80 fee on top of my insurance coverage. I have fantastic insurance and have never paid that fee in the 30 years I've worn contacts. Asked to cancel appt(which they will charge me money for btw) and on the way out the billing lady physically tried to pull my paperwork with my medical history from my hands. I was shocked by her aggressiveness and quickly left. read more

Had a very bad time here. It was the first time I had any significant trouble with my eyes, and I was a little shaken up. While I wasn't looking for a doctor to be over the top and emotionally sympathetic, Bullock came off very offensive and uncaring. He minimized the problem that I was having as though it were nothing, and not only hadn't heard of some very basic terms that were associated with the problem that I was having, but seemed to scoff at several of my worries and and ideas. He neither made me feel reassured, or like he knew what he was talking about, or that he was putting much effort into examining my eyes thoroughly. Aside from the problems and impression I got from the doctor himself, I was left to wait for long periods of time in the room while he tended to other patients. That in itself wouldn't have bothered me if not for the experience I was having with him. The office staff were friendly and nice, especially the woman who helped me to and from the room for pictures of my eyes, but I would never - ever come here again. If you're looking for someone who seems to care at all about the problem you're having, or leaves you feeling like he knows what he's talking about and has examined your eyes to the best of his abilitiy, look for somewhere else to go. The cheapest in the area that I saw, as far as price goes, but it is not worth the low price tag to see someone who treats you like you're just there to give him a quick buck. read more

I have used Bullock for my families eye care services since their opening year (5yrs??--time flys). I enjoyed the customer service I received from the front end and her exuberance. She knew my name from my voice on the phone! As they've grown and added Dr.s and staff, they naturally lost some of that home grown feel. I was sad (but understanding) this year when they didn't know who I was while standing at the counter. The Dr.s chairside care is rapid but pleasant and seems to check everything well and make his prescription promptly. I plan on sticking with Bullock for the long haul and I love it when a private business grows! read more

The staff is great, they are very attentive and helpful, but the doctor is...something else. We took my 1 year old daughter to get her eye checked out, turns out her not wanting a complete stranger getting close to her meant she was getting abused at home or was mentally undeveloped, it was a pure insult. Apparently her natural reaction as a one year old child helped him draw up the conclusion that she was mentally undeveloped or was being exposed to some kind of abuse. If you have child I wouldn't recommend you to go. read more

I would have given a higher rating however when calling the office it seems impossible to get thru to someone. I do not like having to go thru all the prompts when scheduling an appointment. The only office staff I felt was very rude was Magdalena Tovar. She is a bad reflection of this office. Everyone else is wonderful read more
