No quality control- I've had glasses given to me with the prescription numbers right in the middle of the lens. It was so obvious that they should have seen it before I had to come in & then wait 2 weeks to get a replacement. I now go for the doctor but buy from elsewhere. TriCity Eyes customer service is night & day BETTER. and way more affordable. Center Vision definitely got some work to do.

Sadly it's gone from bad and could need some improvement, to feel bad for the doctors there having their staff represent them so poorly. When the doctor and owner of the company tells you it will be the cost of the contacts after insurance due at pickup, and snarky Victoria adds a fee then proceeds to tell you that payment needs to be made in full before lenses are ordered after you question the additional fee added, there is a problem. This is not an isolated incident either. Contacts were ordered without my permission or consent a year ago after I was told they were only looking into coverage. And a severely botched order for glasses before that where the staff made it to be my fault that the glasses came 3x thicker than the previous pair ordered there a few years before. Billing staff charged me a copay for a test that was covered in full by insurance. Then added another copay that was waived prior just to stick it to me then sent me a collection letter about it. I had been going here for two decades and never had a problem till recently. And I've held on for as long as I possibly can. To preserve my friendship with one of the owners, I need to go elsewhere.

I have always had great service from MCEC. I have been coming here now for over 30 yrs. With my…read moreappointment being almost every 3 tp 4 months. I have quite a few eye issues that have required seeing specialist which they have referred me to and I have received great care with excellent after care from MCEC. They take the time to educate me on my eye issues and make sure I understand whats going on. They are also great with service dog and my special needs. Love the staff, always kind and courteous. They have always been well equipped with the latest eye equipment and up to date with eye disease issues. I always enjoy my visits and always greeted warm smiles. If you have eye problems I definitely recommend them.

I went to Dr. Z for problems with dry eyes after a cataract surgery. You have to have 3…read moreappointments every month . They cost 275 dollars each and insurance does not pay for them . They heat the orbit of your eye and then express your tear glands . Then after those procedures you go back every year . The last two times I went in and again paid 275 twice my eyes stayed bloodshot continuously. I called and asked for a refund after I had an inside Sty that swelled my eye almost shut . Tried to call Canyonview and tried to get in , no appointments. So I called another eye Doctor that morning. I had to take a z-pack and he gave me an ointment (rx) and told me it was from a plugged duct ( that is what I was paying the 275 dollars for ) . It took 8 weeks and lots of pain to clear up . He put me on Miebo which I now have to purchase at 35 dollars a month . So I spent all that money ( complained about my red eyes on the last two visits) and never got a refund . Just don't go to Canyonview eye Clinic .

She raised her voice at us and accused us of not liking her because my mother-in-law who has a broken hip was having trouble sitting up in her chair. I was completely caught off guard as I have never been talked to like this let alone by someone who is supposed to be a healthcare professional. She has no comapassion for her patients. There are other Doctors at this office that are great, but I highly recommend not going to Dr.Lee.
