Simple and easy. No insurance to run, no bills to send. They placed me on hold and came back and told me that the "Financial Office" would call me back to discuss billing. I'm not sure why. I guess more cash patients would ultimately create a need for fewer office workers. Anyway, they never called back. I went to another doctor who took me in today.

The medical personnel are caring and assure that you have what you need. My husband and I drive over 2 hours to see Dr. Raposo. He has referred us to Dr. Mijic, Dr. Reyhar and Dr. Ngyen, and we have been very happy with them too. So far between my husband and I, we have had knee replacements, shoulder replacement, hip replacement and multiple injections and treatments. I was in the medical field for over 45 years, so I know who is good and who is just blowing smoke!
