Mind you before I got sick I always was early I always did all my work. I got told this was a family friendly story I am my 1 year olds primary caregiver if my child had an appointmnet and I had to call off of work are you telling me I would've lost my job? The district manager don't know anything about business or how to run it she is always so nice to you when she is around but when she leaves she complains to your manager like if you had a problem then just say it. The managers constantly gives extension ever extension then us assistant managers suffer because credit is to high well maybe stop pushing products on people who cant afford it. You ever have those scam calls call you promising you something in return for something then don't follow through yeah that's this company and I swear none of them even went to college for business management. Im going for my degree in business management right now and trust me this isn't how you are supposed to run a business. It's business courption at its finest. You can't get a break you are treated unfairly everyone always wants to know all of your business. Most people can only handle being disrespected in a company for so long. I am not most people I only can take disrespect a few times without speaking up. After calling around town, Ian at Butler Service Center let me know they could look at it the next day and even walked me through where to do an overnight drop-off for my vehicle. I dropped my car off after hours and got a diagnosis by 10:30 the next morning- confirming the alternator issues - and stated the repairs would be completed by end of day, and for $400. I'd been expecting $1,000 with labor in this economy, so I was over the moon. When I'd dropped my car off, I noticed they do inspections so I asked if I could send a copy of my insurance for them to inspect, they said of course, and had my new inspection sticker ready on my repaired car at pickup by 1:30. Ian received us at pickup and told us a bit about his background, nearly three decades of experience and knowledge and very personable. He even identified slight wear on one of our tires and rotated them on the house. This entire process was sensationally smooth and surprisingly stellar. Not sure if I got the New Customer Special or what, but my experience with them could not have gone better.

Ran down the road to Butler Service Center, they quickly cleared the light for me, wouldn't take any money. So can't testify to their repair skills, but they were very nice and treated me kindly in a momentary crisis.
