Something I really appreciate is that Viola models how to keep learning and growing. At the beginning of class Aubrey checks in with every person to see how our mind and bodies are feeling and what our bodies need work on so she can decide what yoga poses to help strengthen us. 1000/10 review for this place if I could! My baby and I literally adore the atmosphere and everyone (the other moms and babies there). We even made other mom friends and go to get coffee right across the street afterwards.
