Once, the issue was that all the cleaners needed training, which they told us on the day of. Last weekend, we were told on the day of the cleaning the cleaner had a personal situation (which is never great to hear right before hosting a party). This morning, we were told around 8:30am that our 8am cleaning wouldn't be happening (making our early morning wake up and prep on the one day I get to sleep in completely unnecessary). We're they nice when they called? Sure. Does that make my house clean? Nope. 3 strikes means its time to find a new cleaners if we ever want our house cleaned again...
