He did a great job on our gas water heater replacement and his price was better than other places I checked. Fast forward to last month - our pilot light wouldn't stay on. Left Bob a voicemail late at night and he called me the next morning. He helped me figure out what kind of water heater I had and we discussed our options. By 2pm he was here with a new, bigger more efficient electric water heater. The corner where my water heater was in the garage was tricky but he was able to manage it like a pro. Odd circumstance. I'm in Sweden on a vacation, ready to go on a cruise ship, and caught Covid , no cruise now and in a hotel for 2 weeks I guess. I get a message from a tenant in West Seattle he has no hot water. I contacted AAA. The owner was so kind he went to my building within 1/2 hour.
