I did have one issue back in August when I had my ears cleaned by one of the medical assistants. This led to major ear discomfort, an urgent care visit, and eventually a referral for an ENT. The response time to my issue was much slower because our doctor splits her time between this practice and local retirement community. Outside of the above issue, we haven't had any problems with the quality of care or billing, and much prefer this style of practice to a larger facility.

I have severe osteoarthritis and take Diclofenac for pain. The Dr said to go off the Diclofenac 7 days prior to the surgery because of the risk of bleeding. I complied. After the 5th day I was suffering. After the 6th day I could not walk. I took an Oxycodone left over from a shoulder surgery. And was able to call his office. I explained the severity of the pain I was in and asked for a scrip for 2 or 3 days worth of Oxy. He refused!! He told me to resume taking the Diclofenac?? He was willing to risk severe bleeding on the operating table rather than give a perfectly safe scrip for Oxy!! Even if I had agreed it takes 4 or 5 days to get back in my system. We had to cancel a surgery that I badly needed l. What kind of Quack would be so heartless?? Update: I received an AI Generated response to this post.
