We also had sizes ranging from small up to 3XL but on their website I think they even had sizes bigger than that. I did my order online and the process was super simple and easy. I love how they have so many varying sizes, and they give you an instant quote on how much it would cost BEFORE taxes. Which helped me estimate how much to ask per family member to contribute if they wanted a shirt. They got it done in like 3 days maybe even two and it turned out so good! The shirts were individually wrapped, folded and stickered with the size of the shirt which was a nice touch and made it so easy to group and distribute amongst my huge family. Thank you so much Primetime colors for such a good quality keepsake. Design: They can work with you to make a design but costs a bit more and might be a longer process. I made the design on canva and uploaded it to their website when it prompted me to do so. Price: Great price for a bulk order and for shirts that had color and designs on front and back. Although the folks that work here are very friendly. I could not seem to get my shirts done no matter how hard I tried. The first time I came in there, my sales rep was helping me with the logo and artwork that I needed on my shirt. He said he just needed to send it off and about 24 hours to get it back. I told him I would like to get the shirts done quickly because we had some online videos to create for our company. He said that wouldn't be a problem. After that he seemed more interested in selling me his custom-made t-shirts then making me the ones that I came there for. I have to admit his custom work is good and I did buy some t-shirts, but I never ended up with the polo shirts that I needed from there. After purchasing the t-shirts I left. The next day I called, I was told my rep was out and he would call me back later that day. No call. I called, I emailed, I called and called again. I kept getting the same response, that I would get a return call back and be helped by my sales rep. Finally a week I said that I would like to deal with a manager because my sales rep was more interested in selling his own T-shirts that helping me. I told them I asked to have the work done quickly and they seem to be dragging their feet. I was told a manager would call me back later that day. Guess what? No call from anyone, ever. Like I said they are nice guys but not really interested in helping their customers get their orders completed.
