They were very reasonable and only recommended what is needed. They recommend cash but accept credit card. My friend recommended me the place and all employees are friendly. They seemed staffed enough and has great hours. I did not have to wait and they finished changing pads in few mins. Also they have tv, seats and tables in the auto shop for the customers. Since she was paying, I didn't protest. Han (the owner) did a great job on my car and treated me very well. He even offered to pay for a rental while my car was in his shop. I'm not sure if that's something he does for everyone or if he did that because his friend was the one paying, but it was kind nonetheless. This year, my car was having new problems and I decided to take it to Han again because I was very pleased with his work last time. He's very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about auto repair, but the price he charged me for labor was super steep. I wound up going to Ray Auto Repair in North Haledon who charged me a whole $100 less for a very thorough job. However, he's a close friend of my boyfriend's dad, so that's probably the reason why it was so cheap. I wonder if Ray would've charged the same price as Han had I not had connections, but I never got around to asking. BOTTOM LINE: BE BESTIES WITH A MECHANIC.

The flexibility with parts is great too - you can get OEM parts, go with after-market, or do a combination of both. I had 4 repairs in total so I did OEM parts for one repair and after market for the others.
