***BEWARE*** Brought my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 52K miles on it because the AC wasn't giving heat. The tech told me he had to replace my thermostat. This was on 12/22/23. On 3/2/24 I brought my car in to another service center closer to me and they told me I had coolant leaking all over the place. They ran a diagnostics and told me that my THERMOSTAT was cracked and had to be replaced. They said that nothing was cleaned, they just put the thermostat in and didn't install it correctly so the gasket cracked and the leak started. I have the thermostat in my possession and watched the entire installation this time around. I will be going to smalls claims court to get my money back for this shoddy, careless work. read more

Let me start out by saying that for any major work I need done to my car I get done at Bovan's down the road. However, because Bovan's does not install customer-supplied parts, I needed to find someone that could. This place offered me a reasonable price and so I took my business here. You see, I own and drive a 2015 Honda Civic. As you might already know, parts for my vehicle are cheaper compared to others. I was able to purchase 2 front rotors and brake pads from eBay for $55. Now that's a steal! Judging from the weight of the package, you'd shipping it alone would cost that much. Anyways, he quoted me a very good price, something like $90 plus tax to install my parts and I was able to pick it up a few hours later. All in, I spent $145 for the front brakes and new rotors installed. Just for reference, the Honda dealer quotes me $260 (with a coupon) to only change my brake pads and resurface the existing rotors. If you need some simple service like this, definitely do your research, buy the parts, and have these guys install it--you will save a fortune! read more

Why 4 stars instead of five. Because if I give it 5 you will think I'm friends with the owner or whatever your assumptions are but this shop deserves more. They are fast and trustworthy. I say trustworthy because the few times I been there they recommend I get a better price for parts if they can't give me the price I want to pay. Most mechanics use sales techniques trying to make you feel like you don't know anything about the car parts marketplace so their word is stone. Here they will work with you patiently even showing you exact proof of problems they find if you don't believe them. I trust them and I'm so glad I finally have a shop I KNOW I can trust. I've spent years wasting so much money to mechanics that swore up and down my problem was much bigger than it really is. Let me start by saying this is my second visit to Auto Dygnastic and repair service. This time I took my work truck it's a 2016 ford transit 350. I showed up in the morning about 830. Spoke with Manny the owner. I didn't have an appointment. Explained my problems with the brakes. Told Manny that I needed the car done The same day. He said let me take a look at it and I'll give you call back , one hour later Manny calls me. Tells me I need brake pads rotors some adjustment on my calipers. Manny also explain to me that I should upgrade my rotors and brake pads to a heavier duty product. While the truck was there he also replace transmission fluid and engine oil. At 3 o'clock I got a call from Manny saying that the truck was almost done they were just working on the transmission .If I would've taken this truck to the Ford dealer they would've told me I needed to wait 4 to 5 days for the job. The truck brakes perfect. If you're looking for Dealer quality work at a reasonable price.Then Auto Dygnastic service and repair is the place to go prompt courteous and clean. Manny showed me all parts that were removed from my truck and the condition that they were in. The best part of Auto Dygnastic's is they tell you what you need, what they're going to do and there is no pressure like you get in the dealership! Be warned, you go there, check to see you didn't get charged for extra work you didn't authorize. Make sure you get authentic parts, not off-market brands that may break. Make sure you see an estimate before work is done. if you're asked to leave a deposit upfront or if they suggest changing parts that aren't broken walk away. All this happened to me. Manny's worker was pushy and aggressive, demanding a deposit. Go up the road to Bergen Auto Specialists, honest guys, and good work. I have been taking my car there for the past year. I trusted them believed in the mechanics, did not know better. All they did was lie use cheap parts and charge me an arm and a leg. I took my car somewhere else and they showed me the cheap breaks they put. Not only did they do that but sold a use battery which stop working and I had to tow the car to them bc they wouldn't even come and jump it and charged me 37 dollars for labor. i had a complete satisfying brake job at this shop, these guys know what they are doing, pure no nonesense bs, and i'd say they have a professional bunch of staff who are truly very helpful, warm, and friendly from the day i met them. all praises to "manny," the cool boss, and to mario and jose, who i refer to as batman and robin. the place is clean and has that welcoming vibe and atmosphere to it, and most of all, they are honest with the way they bill you, they are not into that make a quick buck and milk this customer like some other dumps do. so, i highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants to be treated right, this is the place folks, hats off to this great shop. i gave 4 stars instead of 5, you might think i'm his cousin... arturo (they call me pacquiao... read more
