At the end of the day, all of his promises to finish our job meant nothing and he quit our job via a clause in his contract called; "Termination for Convenience" that apparently allows him to walk away from work he begins. As far as "going out of his way" to give us a referral, not sure why he would ever think we would deem a referral from him as a credible option for us to finish our job! BUYER BEWARE!
