We had Westacos cater the midnight snack at my wedding. I cannot recommend them enough. From the beginning of the process they were extremely friendly and helpful. They were easily in contact whenever I had questions. They were able to coordinate with my reception venue to make sure everything went smoothly. Their tacos were stellar! All of my guests loved them, and many of them messaged me afterwords about how they are wanting more! I got pollo, asada, and al pastor. All three were great, but that al pastor particularly stood out as my favorite. Their salsas were excellent too! The owner told me that they were a special family recipe. Brenda came to our party and was great. The food smelled AMAZING as they were cooking and tasted really good. The meats were very juicy and nothing dried out or burnt. Everything had great flavor. Let me tell you about Wes Tacos. They are the bomb. Food was fresh, tasty and down right good. I had a party of 75 and Anthony of Wes Tacos hooked me up. Brenda Lemos, the owner (along with her husband Anthony), could not have been more helpful. We planned a menu including appetizers, main courses and drinks. We recently had Westacos serve at our 40th birthday party celebration. They were great to work with, very responsive during the planning and confirmed everything before our event. I felt confident they would deliver and they did. Their food and service was outstanding! The way they set up their food makes it look very high-end, almost elegant. The table decorations on the serving table looked perfect and done with great attention to detail. We wanted great tacos but also wanted our event to feel like more of a classy event than an ordinary food cart and Westacos delivered on very high expectations. We had Westacos serve 2 type of ceviche (shrimp and fish) appetizer, chips, tacos (al pastor, chicken, and carne asada), rice, beans, and grilled peppers and onions. It was all GREAT! The Al Pastor was the party favorite (no leftovers of this one!) Even the beans were outstanding. All our guests raved about how good the food was.
