At 11:30 I called to check and was told that I would receive a call by noon with an update. I never received a call and only reached their voice mail for the remainder of the day. At 10:30 the following day I received a call from the office stating that she had an emergency and had to leave at noon the previous day but that the technician was supposed to have called me. She insured me that I would receive a call from her no later than 1:30 that afternoon with a time or she would give me the technicians number so I could stay in contact with him. She never called me back and I am still sitting here with a broken hot tube.

Two months of not showing, and one week of consecutive no-shows. He has "been embarrassed" about his lies of showing up, and his broken "promises" of showing up. Not to mention not responding to texts and calls until a day later. I guess Rich believes his time is more valuable than me and my wifes time.
