I stopped at UPS and instead of driving somewhere else to get wrapping paper, I stopped in Paper Plus. It smelled sooo good in there and the service was wonderful. I was promptly greeted and shown where the wrapping paper was. I liked the selection a lot and although it was pricey, I left with two rolls of paper (for $20, mind you). I was mad at myself all the way home for spending that much on wrapping paper, BUT! When I got home, I immediately noticed the amazing quality of the paper. It was thick and beautiful paper! It was actually a pleasure to wrap gifts with it. I used up both of the rolls and now my gifts look amazing under the tree. I saw a bunch of other really nice items in the shop, but I was on a mission and didn't get to mill around much. Look forward to my next visit!

I will say that they are friendly, but that's about the only positive I can offer. in our experience we have waited long periods of time because the staff doesn't know how to use the cash register, and don't know the products they sell, or can't find items in their storage room. One time they called us to let us know that someone had bought us an item, and when we came to pick up the item they refused to let us take it! There is no reason I would ever return to this store.

Twice I've literally stood at the counter with a clerk two feet in front of me and she totally refused to look up and acknowledge me in any way. With the state of retail today who can afford that type of attitude? Why do you passive-aggressively chase customers out of your store? Really an odd dynamic going on here and I'm happy to take my credit cards elsewhere.
