I've had dental work done in the past that's had to be redone, and have had my fair share of unpleasant experiences, even during routine cleanings. I've been so sore and in pain for days, unable to properly eat, from just a regular tooth cleaning - I used to dread those appointments. It was very simple to make an appointment online which was already a plus. This place is also about 10 minutes away which was also convenient. The front staff is nice, not rude or condescending like some other places. I didn't have to wait long until I was called in. I had X-rays done, and then the Dr came in and actually spent a good amount of time just getting to know me as a person. After looking at my X-rays and doing a quick exam, he gave me a simple treatment plan for one tooth. He explained everything thoroughly and answered every question I had. I was even able to get my teeth cleaned with Zareh the same day and he was really efficient and gentle - no pain or soreness afterwards at all. I'll be going for my treatment in a few weeks so I'm a little nervous but feeling optimistic. I'll have to update this review after treatment so hopefully everything goes smoothly.

On the day of the appointment I was told that my daughter would need a filling. It was the first time that she would need a procedure done on her teeth, so she was extremely nervous and scared. Instead of the Dental assistant being patient with her and acknowledging her feelings, the Dental assistant proceeded to say that if she couldn't handle it at this office that we should probably seek a pediatric dentist instead. My daughter is seven, so I believe her feelings were valid. But instead of the dental assistant making her feel comfortable, she was extremely rude and hostile with her. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day but honestly that behavior towards a child is unacceptable. Someone from the front office called today, to try and schedule her follow up visit appointment , after I informed the receptionist what happened at her previous appointment she didn't even bother to apologize. All she said was that she would add a note on my profile so they could stop calling to reschedule that appointment. And she proceeded to hang up the call . It seems like they don't care if they lose patients which is totally fine with me. My children to deserve better.
