I have been taking my dogs to Westcreek for years and have been happy with them. I switched from when they were at Paws and Claws. A particular groomer that worked at Paws and Claws joined them and started grooming my dogs as she had done them before at Paws and Claws. I was not thrilled about this, but continued to let her groom my dogs without complaint even though I wasn't happy with her work. This last groom was really bad, she was cut unevenly, her belly was left scraggly and she had bald patches. I called to complain and advised I hadn't been happy with the last few grooms and I'd rather not have this woman do my dog anymore. When I called to reschedule I was advised because I wasn't happy with the grooms, they were not going to take me as a client anymore. Are you kidding me? What kind of customer service is this? Where is the apology and trying to make things right? This is not how you run a business. Instead of trying to make things right I was told I went too long in between grooms and my dog was not cooperating. Hmmm, suddenly after years my dog isn't cooperating? Right. Westcreek does not stand behind their work and instead tries to blame the client for the failure of their groomer to adequately groom a dog. read more
