We went back down the mountain to get better signal after driving to both lakes & not finding anyone. Mind you- when we rented paddle boards in Hawaii- we had them delivered & we never had to meet them at their office. After the 3rd call we got ahold of someone who was so incredibly rude. He was baffled that we wouldn't come to the office.. even though the address wasn't provided. It was incredibly hard to find the office address. He started cussing at us & was incredibly disrespectful. He is insensitive. I hope the man we spoke with gets help. That was a lot of negative emotions he had & I pray he finds peace in his heart. I have never ever dealt with someone who works in customer service like him. He refused to give us a refund & kept talking over my husband and hanging up on us. Why would we ever want to do business with a company that doesn't communicate? And why would we want to do business with someone who poorly represents said business? With the reviews- it's like a flip of a coin if you'll get good service or not.
