He took a while and then got the gun scanner to scan my coupon with attitude. After that he just gave us the receipt and that was it, didn't even say anything after that. But O'Reilly Auto Parts hits more than the others, so I usually start there. The staff is generally helpful, and know how to use the system to locate parts. Not so much in the other stores.
