If you plan on selling your car to this junkyard, I recommend speaking directly with someone in the office rather than the front desk staff. When I brought in my title, I had accidentally signed in the wrong section. Unfortunately, the woman at the front desk treated me disrespectfully, speaking in a condescending manner and asking questions in a way that felt intended to make me look foolish rather than help clarify the issue. Her behavior came across as unprofessional and unhelpful. I worry that uninformed customers, in particular, might be treated even worse. read more

I had a horrible experience here. Their customer service is terrible and they will rip you off. I went here to get a brake control module for my car and they charged me more than it is worth online and it took me FOUR hours to pull it out of the car myself with NO guarantee that it will even work. Then when you get to the counter they tack on core fees, and then state you have to purchase a warranty to return an item. They will also nickel and dime you for every single nut, bolt, and clip. They will charge you for a part even if it is obviously broken or attached to something and you don't even want it. The customer is always wrong here. When I first walked up to the counter the cashier (who I later found out is the manager) incredulously asked me "what car is this for?!" He then proceeded to charge me for a car computer, when I was buying a module. That was $23 more per item as well as a $2.00 core fee and $2.00 recycling fee. I tried to correct him that I wasn't buying a "computer brain thingy", and he mansplained it to me, refusing to listen. He had really bad breath, too. And he didn't know what car it was in the first place. I recommend going to their website to check the price of the part you are purchasing because it is often a lot higher at this junkyard than having it shipped right to your house from a real person who sells parts on Ebay. Even buying it new can be a better deal than this place. They also charge $3 to get in, and the workers don't speak to you. They are unfriendly, rude, and unhelpful. They will literally throw away the parts you pull if you don't take them. It's also dangerous and dirty to walk in there due to debris everywhere! Oh and they are racist too, the manager was literally yelling at the Hispanic fellow behind me. They also search your bag. I also filed a complaint with HR and HR failed to follow up. I will be going through my credit card to dispute incorrect charges from here and I will be doing everything in my power to bring attention to this terrible business model and poor customer service. read more

These guys put the junk in junk yard. Literally everything here has been torn through with a fine toothed comb. Nothing left but crap. So it's going to cost you two dollars just to get past the doors and look at their selection. Don't bring kids because they won't let minors in. Don't bring your wife because they'll charge you an additional two dollars for her to be with you. Bring your own tools if you want to pull something off. Here's one important thing to know about this place, almost 99% of the cars here do not have wheels therefore no hubcaps. I went in looking for a hubcap and the people up front didn't bother to tell me this information. I know they just wanted my two dollars which is sad. The girls at the front were very matter-of-factly about everything. I felt like I was interrupting their feeding time as they sat around stuffing Mexican food down. Place is a crap hole. Went to find a factory Toyota jack. Was told they usually take them out ahead of putting them out. I asked them about the factory tools. I was told it was $2 to go in (I felt the way she worded things she just wanted me to pay that $2 knowing I would find nothing). SCAMMERS! THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICY!! I bought an alternator from Pull N Save and it tested out to be defective. I brought it back within the 10 day period with receipt in hand, pulled anther alternator to swap and they refused to let me swap it! For starters that is not the correct address 6980 W 2100 S is a field. Secondly I searched their inventory online and it stated that they had a dozen of the cars I was looking for parts for but after driving 40 minutes through a snowstorm I was told that their inventory didn't actually represent the cars they have on the lot. They did not have one car of the make and model they showed in their inventory. read more

I broke the back lift gate glass out of my boyfriends blazer while we were picking up a king bed frame (he didn't want it but I did so he said we could use his truck.) Anyway I agreed to pay to fix it. Safelite quoted us over 450 dollars!!!!! Pull n save seriously saved me! We found a lift gate and it only cost us 30 dollars! I am VERY thankful!!! Everything was well priced and they had so many vehicles to shop around and make sure we found what we needed! We had previously gone to over five junk yards around Utah and we didn't find anything at any of the other places! The staff was very polite and friendly too and they even had a fully stocked fridge of waters and sodas (also fairly priced)! Thank you pull n save!!!
