They took the initiative to coordinate with the septic pump firm and got them out that afternoon. Next day they fixed the issue in a manner of a few hours. In addition, Jason, Byron and Ronnie were so professional and just good dudes. My dog thought the same thing and he's pretty picky about who he warms up to. I see a few negative reviews about the hourly cost. That just seems out of touch. We've had other plumbers both here and in Dallas and TPH's rate is right in line and frankly better service.
