Front desk staff and nurses/dental assistants were extremely nice. They were dealing with an unruly man and kept apologizing to me. He was mad about a cleaning? Hella rude to them and they were patient and asked him to lower his voice. Ushered him away from everyone else and calmed the whole situation down. Seemed very professional. The man who took my X-rays was extra nice. My dentist was gentle and soft speaking. She made me feel comfortable and was very careful with my battered teeth. I had an appointment today at 11am. I got there at 10:45 to do paperwork and be on time. They let be know there was an hour wait because they were running behind. Save your time and don't come here. Wait time is horrible they are only open on Tuesdays and 1 Saturday of the month they will put you in a waiting list because they don't have appointments. My son broke a wire and I took him for fix they made us wait 1 hour and 45 min just to tell us they won't fix it until his next appointment. Both stated yes! My husband received a Confirmation phone call yesterday and was advised he would be charged $136 for the exam because he had no insurance. Of course I called to see why.... I spoke to a secretary who then gave the phone to Alejandra "Mgr" who would NOT allow me to get a word in - so I raised my voice - she told me I was yelling at her and then HUNG UP ON ME. I called back and asked who was the Mgr. she said I am Alejandra. I asked who was the main dentist there she gave me name. I will also be filing another complaint against with the Dental Board for the RUDE customer service I received. Alejandra advised me that the "offer" was ONLY FOR new Ortho patients NOT General. I never got in to see the dentist because the person who made the appointment was ignorant of procedures to get approval for visit from my insurance company. I wasn't informed about need for approval until I arrived after driving nearly an hour to get there. They said it would take a month to get approval instead of just calling right then and there. They wouldn't let me see a dentist. I was very disappointed. I think I was protected from seeing a bad dentist. If their dentists are as inefficient as front office staff they can't be very good. Either that or I live in an area now where people are generally dumb and inconsiderate. read more

Broke my tooth awhile ago but finally have had enough of the pain and got it extracted. Staff was friendly and helpful and kept me calm since I was alone and hadn't had an extraction since I was 18. Beyond happy with my dental visit! For the first time in a long time I did not twitch or get jumpy with my cleaning. I am super sensitive on the bottom and the hygienist Harjot has the lightest hand. I did not feel a thing. I didn't even have to get numbed. The girls upfront were all very nice and polite. Fely stood out the most as she helped me a lot and told me what my visit would consist of. We have been going here for FOUR years now for braces for my son. I think I have not gone back into the room with him maybe four times... each time - and especially the last time Dr Kim was so unprofessional and RUDE to my child..... it pissed me off so bad that I made sure I went in with him the last time and I called her out on the way she spoke to my son and she basically told me he was a liar, got all angry threw her gloves in the the trash and stomped off and never returned to FINISH her job on my sons mouth. She sent someone else. I guess it doesn't feel good for the BULLY to get a taste of her own medicine. You're welcome for that. As soon as he's through with these shitty braces we will NEVER come back. This place is unsanitary- the waits are horrible. If your appointment is at 4 don't expect anything for at least an hour after that and it's DIRTY. The floors around the chairs in the patient rooms are disgusting!!!! CLEAN YPIR FACILITY!!!!!! Dr Kim- if you're going to talk shit to a minor make sure it isn't mine. And if you're going to tell kids while their parents aren't present that you felt sorry for them because they were in an accident and that's why you didn't say anything to him last time when I was there - make sure it isn't mine AGAIN. I called Western Dental this morning and made an appointment for my sister for today. I let her know i was the sister calling, & that I would be taking her to the appointment. The lady on the phone did not tell me anything about having to have my parents sign a form to authorize me to be able to take my sister or something like that & that i would have to bring my parents with me. I called my dad and he left work to show up. They then tell us that they are not able to see my sister today because its past 15 minutes after her appointment time. They even suggested an appointment for next month. My sister was in pain! I am very unhappy with the way they handled the situation. If i needed to do all of that, why did the person i spoke with in the morning not tell me about it so i can come prepared and not waste my time, my sisters time, and my dads time? Not to mention they will rip you off!! 6k for braces and no teeth work was done on me, plus the doctor told me I did not need them. I chose to get braces because I could notice one of my tooth was somewhat crooked. I wish I could've done my research before I got braces with them. Not only did they put premium gold on me WITHOUT my consent because it was more expensive than platinum silver but they seem not to care about the patients they only care about the money. I do not recommend this place at all!! When you have general dental appointments they also take forever, expect to be there 2-4 hrs.
