She also told me they were extremely busy and there was only one dentist working between rooms (btw, my daughter said the dentist apologized x the long wait). Anyways, so my daughter got the anesthesia shots, and the dentist went to work on someone else... by the time she came back to my daughter the anesthesia had almost wore out. I work in the medical field, and believe me, I get it when we are short staff... but at least let your front desk know to make sure they have the right information before they pass it on. Please do not over schedule patients if you don't have adequate staff. I rather you reschedule me than made me wait that long to get treated.
