And decided to place an order for " speciality Korean perishable food items" price over $100. Woman she spoke with stated shipping is about $25 and would take 2 days. She didn't mention delays or anything because my mother had asked her before placing order, will she receive in 2 days. Which the woman answered yes! It's now November 3rd and yet to receive her perishable over priced items from california. In all honesty, the two hostesses presenting food items don't to a great job. My elderly mother called today and spoke with the woman who places her order with to request refund of shipping charge since as stated by the employee, the food is being packaged or so she stated. This time, when I went to leave, every gate was locked with no security anywhere to let me get my car. I had no choice but to leave it overnight. When I came back the next morning, someone had padlocked a chain through my driver's side door handle. I found an employee on site who told me I'd need to pay $150 cash to have it removed. Nothing in the garage, not the posted rate sign, not the towing notice on my window, mentions gates locking at a certain time, being chained for overnight parking, or any cash payment process, despite this being advertised as a ticketless, cashless lot. In my opinion, this borders on extortion and conflicts with California Vehicle Code protections against tampering with a vehicle without the owner's consent. I refused to pay and told them I'd call the police, only then did they remove the chain. I ended up only paying the standard posted rate for the time my car was in the lot, nothing else. If this happens to you, don't hand over any cash, and don't hesitate to call LAPD if they won't remove it without payment. I'm definitely never going to park or shop here again, this whole experience was extremely ridiculous.

The owner isn't friendly at all. She's always scowling, but I don't shop because of her. The store is super tight, perfect for small, tiny, petite asians, but being the rare Tall and Plus sized asian, I stop by here whenever I come for the Korean noodles next door. There's a sales rack outside the store. One is $10's and the other is $20. There's a $20 rack inside the front of the store, so keep an eye out. The inside of the store is way more pricey, but I think it's still cheaper than the other places I've gone to. So far, been here 3 times and I've walked out with a couple of bags. Today's purchase was the highest, I loved this one piece dress. Had to have it. $90. But well worth it. I'll keep coming here to find my gems.

They have a great selection of products and some really good sales going on, so it's easy to find something worth trying. I also love the location inside Zion Market, you can knock out your shopping in one trip. Plus, parking validation for two hours if you get groceries is a nice bonus.

The sales associate who initially helped us did a good job picking out coordinating modern hanboks for our family. Everything matched beautifully, and I was really happy with the selections. One thing to know is that they have very strict policies. You're not allowed to touch the hanboks yourself, and you're limited to trying on only two pieces. I understand why, though, since all of their hanboks are handmade in house and made from 100% silk. The prices are definitely on the higher end compared to other places. For example, you can purchase a baby's hanbok online for around $100, while rentals here for babies start at about $200. In the end, I rented hanboks for all three of us, which came to well over $1,000. The rental included the accessories, undergarments, and shoes. It was a splurge, but I truly loved our outfits, so I decided it was worth it. When I went to pick everything up the day before the party, the original sales associate wasn't there. Another associate assisted me, and that's when we realized one important piece of my hanbok was missing, the outer jacket. They initially told me it hadn't been included in my order, which didn't make sense because the outfit wouldn't have been complete without it and I didn't try on anything else. I had a picture to show proof that it was supposed to be altogether. Thankfully, the associate helping me went above and beyond to fix the situation. She sincerely apologized, found another jacket that actually looked even better with my dress, and even helped me exchange my daughter's hanbok for one that suited her even more. She was incredibly accommodating and made sure everything came together without charging me anything extra.I was extremely anxious because my daughter's party was the very next day, but thanks to her, what could have been a disaster turned into a wonderful experience. Considering some of the customer service reviews I'd read beforehand, I was pleasantly surprised by how well she handled everything. Our hanboks were a huge hit at the party. We received so many compliments and felt absolutely beautiful. I'm so grateful for the care and effort she put into making everything right. Thanks to her, everything turned out even better than I had hoped. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely come back again.

Quoted us for only one Hanbok, even though we said both sets of parents needed them. We ended up having to pay double our budget. 2. Hanbok wasn't ready on pickup day. 3. Blamed the unevenness on my mom's arm length, VERY unprofessional. 4. Gave us unwashed, untailored Hanbok with unwearable shoes, and blamed it on a date mix-up. The owner never apologized; staff did. 5. MIL had to go back the next day because the owner had claimed they'd tailored the original Hanbok, but apparently they hadn't, the size was way off. Meanwhile, my mom's Hanbok was still noticeably yellowed from the initial mishap. The owner's attitude ruined the experience for something we can never redo.
