I love this store! One of my friend introduced me to them and their clothes have become a staple in my closet. They have a lot of unique brands from Australia that I absolutely fell in love with. Fitting is perfect which is hard to find for a petite person like me. I got introduced to a lot of unique brands that are high priced but at the shopaholic sample sale you can get it for much cheaper. Its terrific! All the girls working there are friendly and recommend great thinks as per your style. They used to have two stores one on W3rd near Grove and one in Larchmont. I walked in not expecting to buy anything really, just wanted to check it out as a friend had recommended the store. Was promptly greeted by Tina, who asked me a few questions on my style and before I knew it, she pulled a ton of pieces for me to try. She pulled items that I would have never picked myself, yet as I tried them on, I loved them. She was able to read me better than I could myself, knowing what I would find within my comfort zone as well as what would be a stretch but showing me the possibilities. Loved the service, the fact that she introduced me to new brands that I never knew, and that she removed the stress of me figuring out what might look good on me. I have been here several times and always leave with SOMETHING. I am usually a little intimidated by smaller boutiques because I assume that their will not be enough variety with the selection or the prices will be ridiculous. Shopaholic is small but there is a lot of variety to choose from. Due to being sample items etc. their is a good selection to choose from with a handful of sizes for most options. The sales staff have always been really friendly, helpful and not too pushy. The dressing room is in the back, but is open so you will occasionally have to share with another shopper. There is a smaller selection of accessories and shoes. This is the kind of spot where you should pop in often to see what new stuff they have in (or not if you are trying to save, because you will find something you must have). Parking in the area can be a little tough, but there are so many people coming and going that you shouldn't have to wait too long for a metered spot. read more

Whenever I'm at the Larchmont farmers market on Sunday, I pass by this delightful store and always find something adorable and unique. The clothing is well priced and the people that work there they are eager to help. Last Sunday, August 29th 2021, I was trying on a dress that I wasn't able to close because it was too small. The lady working at the store insisted on me purchasing it and tried to zip it up with force and asked me if I was planning to lose weight in front of other costumers. I felt very embarrassed and mortified and left the store upset. I'm aware that it's not other people's job to make me feel confident but I just wanted to remind the importance to be careful with words, because you never know what people go through. read more

I receive tons of compliments on the clothes I purchase from here. The prices are very reasonable for the style and quality of clothes that they carry. Some of my favorite brands that they carry are Dress the Population, Heather, Greylin, and LA Made. All of their pieces are very trendy. Many of the clothes are super soft and comfortable, but still look stylish and lush. Since they are a small boutique, they only carry a few sizes of each style. However, they restock and get new items frequently. Tina is simply amazing. She is extremely friendly, helpful, fun to talk to, and has great style. She always suggests pieces that she thinks will look good on me and sometimes challenges my fashion sense with pieces that may be out of my comfort zone, but I end up loving them regardless. I'm the epitome of someone who doesn't know how to shop... almost don't know how to dress myself I probably live in fitness clothes more than anything... For my first time shopping here, Tina really helped me be creative with outfits and looks for myself. Because items are not bought in mass quantities, they only carry a couple items of the style. I am a very picky shopper and hard to fit as I am nearly 6' tall with very long legs. On the first try, I found a pair of jeans which I love along with a couple other items that were over half off normal retail yet new and in style. Yes, this shop and Tina were as good as it gets! I needed a dress for a black-tie wedding and found the perfect dress at a great price (since who knows when I will be able to wear it again). I'm a regular at their 3rd Street and Santa Monica locations, and had not realized they had expanded to Larchmont.
