Dr. Tyroch said she would renew all my prescriptions. Not only did she never call in one of my prescriptions but after several calls to the office I was told that she would not call in my prescriptions because she didn't have my records (blood work, mammogram, and bone density). MAMMOGRAM AND BONE DENSITY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THYROID MEDS. She had my blood work but still refused to call in my medications. I was thinking this was a pretty good sign that I would be in and out within the appointment timeframe, but that wasn't the case. The staff here is a bit chatty so I was able to hear them taking bets on when the doctor would arrive from my bed. In that moment it was clear that the tidbits they told me that I was about to go in soon was not accurate. I think the professionalism here dealing with people's health could be a bit better, but the procedure itself once it finally did happen was quick and efficient.
