Really appreciate that there are attendants on duty. You do have to purchase a wash card for 50 cents and load with money for the machines. Wish they had more seats available, but have never had a problem getting an available basket. read more

multiple people have tried to steal laundry. the lady who works there is very rude. they charge you to use a card on machines that most of the time dont work. read more

You pay for card which was explained after the purchase. Have been coming here for quit so time. Card reader fails about half the time. The attendant comes when she has time and works he magic and after repeated try's she tells you to move you clothes. You keep to moving clothes from dryer to dryer until you find one that works. I appears the problem was the card was old new card worked fine. Ask to transfer credit $23 to new card and was told no. Had to move clothes again. Wife lost count of dryers and left a dryer full of clothes. Do you think they might have helped No. Still have money on the card the will not return it. It's bad enough to have a bad experience but have to pay for it. I only feel sorry for people that can't travel to another laundry. read more

Visited this Laundry Mat location for the first time and entered the building around 7:35pm. I usually just use the dryers as I have a washer and wash my laundry at home before heading out to a laundry mat to dry. The times of closure say 8:30pm but a Spanish heavy set lady (looks like she never missed a tamale in her life) was kicking everyone out at 7:40pm. I understand the usual end times for the last wash but I just needed 30 minutes to dry if not 20 minutes minimum. I would give this place a no star based on the way the attendant engaged in her manner of kicking people out. Very unprofessional as she yelled No you have to get out in her broken English... I asked for a recommendation as I don't live in the area and said she did not live around the area. There was a no excuse me we are getting ready to close ... no polite encounter what so ever... This was very Neanderthal of her. Took my business to Bright & Clean since they closed at 10:00pm. Small place but was able to get my clothes in there in time to dry. Due to lack of proper customer service would not visit this location and would not recommend. Should have listened to those three star reviews... read more

BEST LAUNDRY MAT AROUND. You'll never have to use quarters again. Everything is done with a little swipe card. It's affordable, clean and the best thing is that it has WiFi for your children to keep busy if you have little ones. They have a couple of vending machines which contain soda, snacks and small portions of detergents. There are chairs for seating if you are waiting or tables and carts for folding and moving. This place is pretty awesome if you need to wash a whole months worth of clothes or just a small load. read more

Laundry wash and fold is the cheapest around, 1 dollar a pound. Comes back clean and folded. It's pretty basic.

While working 12-hour shifts I needed a laundry bundle drop service where I could drop my clothes after work and pick them up the next evening (again after work). Western Laundry was near my hotel and I was told they provided this service. I arrived at Western Laundry at 7:50PM (the posted hours state "open until 8:30) only to find the doors locked with customers and staff inside. The lady inside saw me at the door and made a cutting motion across her throat to indicate they were closed. I held up my two bags of laundry and pointed at them and then at her. She just shook her head. I had hoped she would at least come over to the locked doors to speak with me. But no. So I left. Two personnel that I work with showed up 15 minutes later and somebody inside unlocked the doors and they were able to get their laundry that they dropped yesterday evening. I am unimpressed with their bundle service. Perhaps their machines are good, perhaps the place is clean. I will never know since I will not be going back. I will also tell the other 20 people on our crew about my experience. read more

Machine quantity and availability is what matters most to me and that was perfect. Customer service for me today, though not really important ,was bad .. I asked the lady working for help after messing with the machine for a minute.After she fixed it she huffed and rolled her eyes (obvious indicators of attitude). Sure I had made a very silly mistake but its not like I didn't politely request assistance..that was pretty rude. Speedy drop off wash and fold service. Done within 4 hours with no overnight wait. And well laundered. For the person on the earlier review complaining about $1 per pound being "pricey", that is a good rate. I go to laundries all over the country in my travels and $1 drop off service is a normal rate. The "pricey" ones are the ones who charge $1.50 to $2.00 per pound. I even had one place wanting $1.50 per pound PLUS you pay for the machines and the soap! read more

I have found that there is a smell of mole within the western laundry mat . This is unsafe for there patrons as well the staff whom are breathing this all day long. There is water dripping from the ceiling and the tiles look dark in color (like mole spurs growing). My last visit i had to wear a mask while doing my laundry, read more
