The furniture was picked up a month ago (mid April) by Fragilepak - the company that Crate and Barrel uses to deliver the furniture. Since then, it's been a complete lack of communication. It's been a month since the furniture was picked up by the logistics company. And after 4 calls to the logistics company, they told me to have Crate and Barrel reach out to them to address the many issues with my order (damaged merchandise, lack of communication from Crate and Barrel) along with it just sitting in a warehouse for the last month. I've contacted Crate and Barrel multiple times over the past month (both via email and via phone). They've basically taken a hands' off stance and told me to deal with FragilePak. I'm absolutely livid with the crappy service from Ali and the team at Crate and Barrel. There is still no resolution as of today and nobody at Crate and Barrel is lifting a finger to fix this shit show.

While they advertise that their prices are significantly less for designer pieces, I do not see much financial savings, HOWEVER, I am willing to pay their prices because, as I said, mostly everything in here is extremely unique. I will say this - I saw a coffee table here made out of a Russian boat propeller with a glass top (super cool and different!) for $2300 and it was $4000 at Restoration Hardware ... so that's something, right? :) They constantly get new pieces in, so you have to check back frequently. They are only open Thursday-Sunday, so you really want to try to get there Thursday to see the best things that they have to offer for the week. For the most part, you buy right off the floor. Sometimes they will have a few duplicate items from the floor back in their warehouse, but this is one of those places where when you see something you like, you better buy it because it may not be there next time. *Note: They are connected to The Dump, however, the styles/ selection is nothing like the The Dump.
