Extremely high pricing without addressing real problem. Only works on the cold water. If it's a hot water problem you're sol.

Do yourself a favor and use Aerus in West Hartford, they are professionals that want to help even if you were previously Erics customer from Palmer, Ma. Eric left me with no way to get my vacuum cleaner fixed and then I found the one in West Hartford whom I love, they are familiar with many complaints about Eric! It's like day and night dealing with West Hartford. I highly recommend them and will tell you to run the other way when it comes to Eric, he has terrible customer service skills and he lies to his customers, I know, I was one!

I live 45 minutes away from their business and they had somebody there to sell me a new unit before I hung up the phone, so I was very impressed with their response time because I'm sure you all know how hard it seems to get anybody to repair anything these days. The salesman told me that it would cost the same amount of money to repair the hose and vacuum head as it would to replace just the hose so I went ahead and replaced it the 25 year old assembly kit for $850. I wasn't feeling very well the day the installer came so when he was finished I didn't check the work and just paid him and signed off on it. The next day when my wife went to use the vacuum we found out that he had installed one of the outlets upside down and it didn't work so I called them back to have it fixed and they said they would call send someone right out to fix it. That was two months ago and they still haven't showed up! They will not return my calls and anytime I email them I just a generated email response saying that they will contact me. Obviously , they are not coming and I can't vacuum half of my house. I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card company, but because I had signed the receipt he's off the hook. I read on his website where he screwed somebody out of $9000 on a job too. I decided to leave my review there too so this wouldn't happen to someone else, but apparently they have fixed their website so that if you leave only one star it won't accept the review! If you count up the reviews you can do the math and that their 3.5 star rating doesn't add up to the 5 star reviews that you see. They have somehow eliminated all of their negative reviews. I'm physically unable to travel so I can't even go up to their store to even question them about this. Please stay away and don't let this happen to you.

We had to move to a new location on 7/1 that didn't have plumbing so I reached out to Clearwater through their billing to request a buy-out quote on 4/30. I sent a follow-up email on 5/8. On 5/23, I received the buyout which was for the full value of the contract including the cost of maintenance and filter changes. I reached back out that day shocked as a small business that that was the cost. I received a response on 6/2 saying their product was proprietary and not similar to seemingly comparable products on line. We spoke on the phone around 6/6 and I explained the situation and asked if there was anything that could be done since there was no maintenance to do and we wouldn't be using any filters or other parts for the balance of the contract term. She said her manager was out and that she would talk to her and get back to me the next week. On 6/12 I sent an email asking for an update, then again on 6/24 and then 8/8 after we had completed the move. On 8/11, I got an email asking for a refresh on the situation. On 8/13, after some back and forth - I was offered the option of having plumbing installed in our new office to accommodate the machine, which was not possible. So, after 3.5 months of trying, the answer was that's what the contract says - you have to pay the entire amount to terminate and that there is nothing that could be done. We accepted that answer and decided to pay installments for the balance of the contract. On 9/12, I got an email from the billing partner inquiring about the change of address I notified them about on 4/30. On 9/24 our business owner had a change that required us to complete the buyout. I emailed the billing partner on 9/24. I sent a follow-up on 10/23 since I had received no response. On 10/29, I got a response from the billing partner saying that the there was a backlog of requests and hopefully I would hear back soon. On 11/5, I received the new offer. While we were at our old location, we had no issue with the unit. After researching costs for the move, we found many similar alternatives with lower costs, we paid approximately $3700 for a 5-year lease on the unit we had - which is on us for not doing our homework or understanding the terms of the contract. It was an expensive lesson learned given the move was unplanned. Read contracts carefully and understand what you signed up for - both in terms of cost and terms and conditions. We understand that Clearwater followed the contract - we just wish it had not been so slow and difficult to communicate with them and their billing partner.

County Pump & Supply - County pump insisted this standing water was due to a leak in the offset resulting in the unnecessary digging.

Thousands of Dollars of Unnecessary Property Damge - Absolutely Zero Accountability…read more We hired this company when we suddenly lost water to our house. After a rushed & cursory assessment, they required us to dig up over a hundred feet of our yard & driveway, only to later determine the problem was in the well & no digging was required whatsoever. The company failed to do a proper leak assessment & cost us thousands of dollars in additional labor, subcontractors, materials, & SIX DAYS without water, all for something they should have identified & resolved within several hours. When we expressed our discontent & contacted the owner, he made up a litany of excuses to justify their work & has since refused to call us back. We completely lost water to our house one evening. We have experienced low well water before on occasions when we used too much water, but this was different as no water was running at the time & the pressure would not rebuild, no matter how long we waited. After waiting more than a day for the well to replenish, County Pump came by to assess the issue & quickly alleged we had a break in our offset line (the pipe that runs underground from the well to the house). They said there absolutely had to be a break underground & never even considered the issue could be elsewhere. They contacted a digging contractor that wouldn't be able to dispatch for several days, so we hired our own to expedite the excavation. After three days of digging, County Pump returned to replace the offset line, only to turn the pump on & still have NO water flowing to the house. Confused, they deliberated with their management & only THEN decided to remove the pump from the well, upon which they discovered a large break in the water line right above the pump. Suffice to say, the issue was always in the well & we spent excess time & money to dig up our yard & driveway for no reason. We signed their paperwork with the hopes of moving on, but after corresponding with multiple other contractors, it became clear that the issue should have been easily identified & resolved when troubleshooting; it's common practice for a pump company to raise the pump several feet from the well to test flow from the pitless adapter, but County Pump never even considered what ended up being an obvious issue in the well. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the techs while they were onsite & insisted their management contact us, but they never corresponded until we called their office multiple times afterwards & left messages with their owner. When we did eventually connect with the owner (Doug), he was highly defensive & downright combative - he refused to empathize with our poor service experience & insisted on a number of excuses to justify the additional digging & pipe replacement. In particular, he tried to convince us that the offset line had to be leaking because of water that appeared in the trench that was dug. Putting aside the fact that the digger (who's performed this work for over three decades) said the pit water was instead consistent with surface ground water AND the fact that it rained all night before County Pump returned, I explained to their owner that an offset leak couldn't be the cause, considering they ended up replacing the line & STILL did not receive water at the house, therefore no water could be flowing from the well & leaking through the original line. Doug instead talked in circles, seemingly more to justify their work to himself than to convince us. He said he'd call us back to sort things out - we've since never heard back. In summary: 1. This company provided a poor assessment. This has been confirmed through correspondence with multiple contractors. 2. They required us to perform a ton of expensive, unnecessary, & destructive services which also prolonged our resolution. 3. We paid them for services rendered & insisted their management contact us. 4. Only after continuous calls did they respond, at which time they took no accountability & chose instead to argue with a paying customer. 5. They ghosted us - no correspondence has occurred in the weeks following the call with the owner. This is a testament to a company that is completely devoid of integrity. Do not hire County Pump

Dan called me back to say they would be out first thing in the morning. They called early the following morning to say they had a foot of snow in Leominster but would be out as soon as it was safe to travel. While I sincerely appreciated their offer, there is no reason anyone should put their life at risk just to get our well pump working, so I asked them to stay home and come the following day. At 8:05 AM they called to say they were on their way and had the problem fixed by 9:30 AM. I am once again thoroughly impressed by their customer service, knowledge, professionalism, and reasonable prices. They are the gold standard that other companies only aspire too. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Their website has you fill out a contact form to get back to you which no one did, I called all 4 contacts listed in the original email they sent me when I scheduled the appointment and left multiple voicemails and received no response. Finally I just started texting the phone numbers and eventually got a response that they would send me my actual test results and not a random strangers results.
