The technicians (who were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional) came over to assess the situation and agreed that the leak was coming from the bathroom. They also cut a hole in the kitchen ceiling to assess the extent of the water damage and confirmed the general area where the water was coming from. They were able to confirm this, but were not able to perform any repairs or further assessment of the problem and told me to contact the company again to get a quote for replacing/updating the faulty shower, which I did. That was over two weeks ago. Since then, I've followed up twice to see what the quote would be for the work and have received nothing. I essentially paid $175 to be told something I already knew and have a hole cut in my ceiling which can't get repaired until the leak is fixed which they seem to have no interest in doing.
