I attempted to contact safewell to tell them of their error and to get the test results I had paid for, but was unable to get any response back. Their website has you fill out a contact form to get back to you which no one did, I called all 4 contacts listed in the original email they sent me when I scheduled the appointment and left multiple voicemails and received no response. Finally I just started texting the phone numbers and eventually got a response that they would send me my actual test results and not a random strangers results.
