Later that year they came out and made some changes to our HVAC system since it wasn't installed correctly. Have had them out there a few times and they are prompt, professional and always let you know what they are going to do. Currently have them scheduled next week to finish a repair on our AC unit. Recommend them? Yes! Great company who has served us very well.

I then worked with the estimator on a new system, but it was higher than another esimtate. So I replaced the HVAC using another company. So then I asked them to cancel the maintenance plan on the phone, they requested an email requesting the cancel in writing which I did. One month later they charged me again for the plan. I'm working with the credit card company now to dispute it, since I told them over the phone and also in an email to cancel the plan. Note I also had one issue with the estimator showing up several hours late because of another appointment they were tied up on and the office didn't call me to update me. I had to call them to find out. I don't blame the estimator, but the office should have called and updated me. There office seems disorganized, since they didn't cancel the plan and also didn't notify me about the estimator being late on one appointment. I probably won't use them again. As to the response below, Mike H isn't my full last name, its my last initial. Anyway, I sent an email to dispatch@callthebee.com, which is what your office staff told me to do on June 1st when I requested cancellation. In addition, why do you require it in writing? I spoke to your office at 805-864-2276 and requested cancellation verbally as well, they are the ones that told me to send the email.
