They stayed way after hours to get heat back to my house. They did this just because they are quality people and not because they knew of our medical difficulties. Greg was amazing and thanks to mike for coming and helping after he was done with his normal work day. I'm sure Gary has a lot of important things to do running the business but he came on site to help get things done. I would recommend Gary Ricks to anyone. They sent out Irvin to give me a bid on a new Trane furnace and Air conditioner. I was surprised what the bid was, I was expecting it to be higher. He set up an appointment for the installers to come and take my old furnace and air conditioner out and install the new furnace and air conditioner. The installers were awesome. Made sure they put plastic down on my carpet. And if there was something that needed to be cleaned up, they vacuumed it up. They were so friendly and polite and did a awesome job. Also Irvin explained to me that there was safety things that needed to be added on the furnace and air conditioner. The installers were awesome and explained to me what they needed to do for safety reasons. Also the thermostat was too small for me to read. So they sent out a technician to fix the problem with the heat coming out of the furnace. He also replaced the thermostat with a bigger one. Also everytime I called for something, the ladies who answered the phone, were also amazing and made sure to send out the person that needed to fix the problem. Nate came up and gave an excellent bid to put in a split system which fit right in with the swam cooler ductwork. They also were half the price of all the other bids. They did the work promptly and professionally, and even came back to do a little bit of finishing work that I probably wouldn't have noticed otherwise. The service technicians had a difficult time explaining the items for the amount I was being charged, so I asked if they would be willing to call their office to help clarify. After talking with their office, the amount decreased 20%. I made a joke they should call the office again if that would be the result. I asked again if they could help me understand the new amount or break the charges out for me. They said it was the total of their hourly service rate. I asked what the amount was and if they would multiply by the number of hours of project took. The total decreased another 10%. I think intentionally charging people the incorrect amount is dishonest. Customers should be able to trust a business is charging them for what they received and not have to turn into an auditor.
