When I showed him the broken tube he said "if they broke it". So I am a liar. Showed him a piece of tubing left laying on the floor he said "probably just over looked it". They sent out Irvin to give me a bid on a new Trane furnace and Air conditioner. I was surprised what the bid was, I was expecting it to be higher. He set up an appointment for the installers to come and take my old furnace and air conditioner out and install the new furnace and air conditioner. The installers were awesome. Made sure they put plastic down on my carpet. And if there was something that needed to be cleaned up, they vacuumed it up. They were so friendly and polite and did a awesome job. Also Irvin explained to me that there was safety things that needed to be added on the furnace and air conditioner. The installers were awesome and explained to me what they needed to do for safety reasons. Also the thermostat was too small for me to read. So they sent out a technician to fix the problem with the heat coming out of the furnace. He also replaced the thermostat with a bigger one. Also everytime I called for something, the ladies who answered the phone, were also amazing and made sure to send out the person that needed to fix the problem. Everyone at JM Mechanical were amazing!!! Thanks to all of you for taking good care of my needs. Love the furnace and air conditioner.

When it was first installed he told me it had an amazing warranty and if it broke it would be mostly covered. It broke 3 months later. He came and fixed it, it broke 3 months later. He was unable to fix it for several days. It worked for a while then it broke major, they charged us an arm and a leg to fix it even with the warranty. So I decided that I would use a new HVAC service for my next repair and the HVAC tech that came to service it told us that almost nothing was up to code on our heater. Today and the final straw our carbon monoxide detector was going off so we had the gas company come and look at it they told us that more than likely the carbon monoxide was backing up into our heater because the vent for the heater was not installed properly or up to code because he used the same vent for our heater and water heater and it's not supposed to do that. If you really care about "Your comfort", your wallet and your families safety find another HVAC company.

We couldn't get anyone to come out during the holidays unless we wanted to pay exorbitant amounts of "emergency hours" costs. Just as I was about to give up on the water heater, I made a desperate call to Gilbert Plumbing. I still feel bad about the way I must've spoken to Lance when he promptly returned my voicemail that morning. Nevertheless, he was overly patient and accommodating. I wanted to avoid having yet another contractor come out to look at the set up and pitch me a bid that was way outside reasonable to replace a standard 50 gallon water heater. Lance cut right to it. He told me the price over the phone which was right on par with what I was expecting to pay. I asked about scheduling fully expecting to be at least 2-3 weeks out, but he said he would squeeze me in that afternoon. I was completely beside myself thinking it had to be too good to be true. Lance asked me to send him pictures of my current setup so his installer could make sure he had the necessary parts before he arrived. Sure enough, the installer showed up in the early afternoon with everything he needed. It took him a whole 45 minutes and my water heater nightmare was fixed. I gladly sent the agreed upon amount to Lance via Venmo. My showers are hot and I am no longer losing sleep worrying whether or not the bottom was going to fall out of my water heater flooding my basement. If you need a plumber, you should call Gilbert first.

I called with an urgent issue: my water heater had stopped working over the weekend. On Sunday…read moremorning all we had was cold water. I called Lee's Plumbing first thing Monday morning. They took my call right away, said they understood my urgency and would see if they could get someone to me quickly. It turned out they were able to do so! The fellas they sent worked quickly and described the issue along with giving some tips on how to prevent the issue from reoccurring. By 1pm on Monday afternoon my water heater was back up and running! All told I was charged $180 and I'd do it again given the circumstances. I also appreciated that they called a few weeks or so later to make sure that the issue remained resolved! The next time I need a plumber in Cache Valley? I'm calling Lee's!
