Hello. I'm in my mid 40's, and I've come to this location for most of my life. The service was always great up until recently. I stopped in after getting my prescription from Eye Doctors of Arizona's Dr. Heller, next door. After ordering, I was told it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get my glasses. Typically not an issue, but after 3 weeks and no phone call, I checked myself. Turns out their records showed they received my glasses, but they were nowhere to be found. If I hadn't called, I'm not sure when they wouldve gotten around to calling me and letting me know this. They reordered them stating it would be another 2 to 3 weeks. That time rolls by and I swing by to pick up my new glasses. When I get there, I find that they hadn't gotten all the work/extras done that I had paid for, so they had to go back for another week. In all, what should've been 2 to 3 weeks ended up being 7 weeks for my new pair of glasses. No expediting or discount was offered by them for their errors. I'm very disappointed. read more

They are knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful. I knew the style I wanted and immediately was shown options in all price ranges and colors. Also, they made the insurance process very easy. They are worth the drive. The service is second to none. read more

First, you usually need an appointment. Lori was sanitizing surfaces & said she could take me if I could wait. No problem. So FYI: call ahead to make appt. Once I selected a few frames - or I told her which ones I wanted - we got down to crunching numbers. My prescription is so high (meaning I'm so blind:) that the lenses cost as much as the frames. Also there are so many different options: + High Index (thin lenses) vs Polycarbonate (thicker lenses) + Blue glare (if you're looking at computer screens) vs regular + Photochromatic or adaptive lens that get darker once you're outside in the sun + Progressive lens aka invisible bifocals (yes if you're 40+, that might be a thing) vs. regular lens All of these affect pricing, as would be expected. Lori pulled out the calculator & whipped out prices for me. She broke everything down, so I understood all the pricing. I was also interested in a Gwen Stefanie frame in different colors & she looked it up for me online. I left w/ the estimated pricing so I can go to one more optical shop to compare b/f I make my final choice. Glasses are a huge investment and they need to last a few years. Overall, I highly recommend this shop even if you don't have Cigna insurance b/c of the incredible selection and the class act customer service!

Unfortunately, I have to be in a Wi-Fi area in order to use my phone like that. And they don't have Wi-Fi. I needed very specific things size wise. And you're not allowed to open packaging but when you pick up a lamp and you lightly shake it and you hear broken glass, but you're not allowed to open up the package and see what exactly broke why bother buying it at half price if you're not gonna be able to use it. This happened repeatedly also I was looking for a specific size bathroom medicine cabinet. Since much of the writing on the boxes didn't have dimensions, and I couldn't open the boxes because it's against the rules. I could find boxes that I think might've had the right sized item inside but I really couldn't take the gamble especially when I can't see if they're scratches or dents or a door ripped off, etc. I think the only thing I will come back here for is tile. If you're doing a craft project and you need a few pieces of tile or you're doing something special to cover a table top and you only need a few feet. This is the place to come for the tile. Unfortunately, the majority of the tile is not labeled and not priced and I hate having to run up to the counter every single time I find something to find out how much it's gonna cost. It's just ridiculous. I found a similar place, not too far away, where the people don't mind if you open the items to look at them and they will even go so far as to take a light fixture and wire it to a test area to show you that it works. So I think I will keep going to this other place instead.
