My wife, then family (after we had children) have always loved Red Lobster. We went last night to celebrate our 20th anniversary. Were looking forward to the famous Red Lobster Pina Colada and a Bahama Mama. Were told they didn't have the simple ingredients for those drinks? - disappointed we ordered some appetizers and when server came back we wanted to order our usual favorites; Ultimate Feast but lo and behold they had no crab. We already had drinks and some appetizers so decided to stay but unfortunately had to settle on other items. Really noticed the quality is not up to usual par (one appetizer came out pretty late, server said kitchen remade as it wasn't up to quality). Overall it wasn't near the Red Lobster standard we had been accustomed to and it dampened our 20th anniversary celebration! read more

I had lunch today at Red Lobster. I was driving from Regina to Saskatoon and it was on the way before I left Regina. Brooke, my server, brought me some yummy warm cheese biscuits to start. I'm not a fan of seafood and ordered Cajun Chicken Linguini Alfredo. I had gotten it last month at a Red Lobster in Edmonton and liked it. I knew it came with parmigiana cheese, which I don't like, so I asked that none be put on it. After a while, Brooke let me know that the kitchen had screwed up and put the cheese on it ... what did I want to do? They could make me another one if I wanted. I asked her to just have them pick off the cheese. It took a while to come out and was hot so I think they might have made me a new one. It was good, though a bit salty. We ordered the admiral family feast this evening. If the review was based on initial order it would have been lower as the biscuits were missing and scallops a shade light. However Salman and the staff listened to our concerns and more than made up for the initial disappointment. We will not hesitate to order from them again!! read more

went to this restaurant on Father's Day. ordered a grilled salmon and it was burnt. sent it back and the next one was raw. didn't send it back just didn't eat it and they took it off my bill. the green beans were aweful. my backed potato was awesome and the apple pie was good. since I was paying for it I was not pleased. I had my arm in a sling so could eat lobster. my spouse had crab legs and half way through they offered to bring him another tool to help get into the legs. it would have been nice to give him that at the beginning of his meal. the crab legs were so skinny like the ones at sobeyes . probably won't go back read more

I have never been to a Red Lobster and I was excited to try their seafood dishes. It was the shrimp and lobsterfest when I went on Canada Day. The biscuits they bring to you at the beginning are great, they were hot, soft and had a really yummy garlic topping. I am not a huge fan of bread or carbs like this but I could not resist. We ordered an appetizer of the lobster dip with the chips. There were more chips than there was dip as the dip dish was very small. I ordered the Grilled Salmon, Shrimp and Lobster tail with mash potatoes. To my surprise, the salmon was well cooked and was not dry at all. It was very flakey and moist enough. The lobster tail was nice and hot, nicely buttered and the shrimps on the skewer were not bad. The one thing about the shrimps was that they were really soft. I expected them to be a bit more hard. My boyfriend got the shrimp overboard dish for 40$ and it had coconut shrimps, shrimp pasta, a side, lobster tail and shrimp skewer. It was very filling and well worth it as it had a large variety of food. I would come back to a Red Lobster if I was in a city that had one. The variety of the seafood combos are vast for a decent price for seafood. read more

I was very disappointed on my recent visit (2018-07-28). I was seated and ordered a classic margarita. It was VERY bitter--like drinking unsweetened lemonade. I went on to order the crab-topped stuffed shrimp and salmon. The broccoli that came with it was limp and browned. I could not find the crab. The salmon was OK but there wasn't much of it. The mystery sauce on the bottom of the plate was awful. Sorry, Red Lobster. I will not be returning. read more

This used to be my favourite restaurant, the food was always so good. My most recent visit on 2017-12-11 left me unsatisfied and annoyed. I purchased the ultimate feast to which I received only 3 crab legs. I was told it goes by "weight" which is cool and all, until you crack the leg open and only cold water comes pouring out....We also received 2 baskets of biscuits that were nice and warm but extremely dry and had only a dash of garlic butter- hardly what the restaurant chain is known for. My lobster bisque was very thick and lukewarm at best, but I was embarrassed to say anything in front of my guests so i ate it anyway. The garlic shrimp that accompanied my meal looked as though they were thrown into the oval dish and the salt content on that particular item was out of control. I will say that the server was very nice and knowledgeable; I even accidentally gave her a $26 dollar tip! (Whoops). But I will not be returning which is really too bad. I understand it is a chain restaurant, but that does not provide an avenue for poor performance and sub-par presentation and taste. I dine out at least 2-3 times per week but do not recommend this as a must-eat in Regina, sorry! read more

Man, I used to be a delivery person and entered the kitchen area of this restaurant a million times. It always smelled like rotten seafood when you first enter from the back. The entire floor was always wet and you have to walk carefully coz some of the wet area was super slippery. I never tasted their food coz I have seen the cleanliness there and you can imagine what are you going to chew and get sick really bad. I suggest people who order food from here, please buy food from some where but not here. I made a mistake for not taking photos of this filthy place. For God sake, please dont eat here. The Food inspector should visit here and close this place for health reasons. Why the Supervisor, Manager or owner Don't see their kitchen as filthy as hell and they are serving the food to their customers? How inhuman is that?! Are their kitchens at home like that? Do they serve that filthy food to their family as well? Please Don't eats here. I wish I can rate -100 stars for this restaurant. read more

The food was really great, as always. However, we had disappointing service. We had to ask twice before the biscuits were brought out. Usually, they are automatically brought out. Then our food took much longer than usual, and was clearly dried out from sitting under a heat lamp too long. My partner and I went to Red Lobster for a birthday celebration dinner and it was excellent. To start with I had the Sangria drink which was so good I ordered a second. We both had the Ultimate Feast with the options. Ours were scallops, lobster tail and two different kinds of shrimp. The meals came with coleslaw, fries and the cheese biscuits. Both meals couldn't have been better. Everything was delicious and we both commented that we must come here more often. The seafood was all well prepared and fresh tasting. There was plenty of it. Service was prompt and friendly. I have no idea why diners make negative comments about this restaurant except that I suspect many people on the Prairies aren't that knowledgeable about seafood and often don't really like it. My partner is from Newfoundland and certainly knows fish. read more

My boyfriend and I eat here often as we both really enjoy it. The food is always great and the service is amazing no matter how busy they are. Every time we have been here the serves have always gone above and beyond to make sure we are both satisfied.
