I was the one that asked for the discounted space...which I would not have needed had the site been more secured. It's a pain having to load and unload an RV with all valuables when we traveled (and we did quite often). You're much more apologetic now in your rebuttal because it's a public forum - which is completely contrary to how you were when I came to you and mentioned that we had been repeatedly broken into. Unfortunately, until your facility can protect all the tenants from the constant, ongoing intrusions and theft going on at your facility, your facility will still be sub-standard on a street where numerous other (and safer) facilities are located.
