Went in for repair on my Snug top camper shell. My inside rear sliding window latches had worn out after 8 years of on and off road travel. I learned that the original owner " Eddie " had retired and sold the business. This is my third camper shell I've purchased from "Eddie" and was hopeful the new owners would have the same good service the previous owner had provided. I spoke with two employees, Brayden and Daylin. I explained the problem with my camper window and they went right to work with replacing the window latches. Luckily they had the latches " In Stock". Both employees were friendly and explained the repair process. Brayden was the Shell Mechanic and got busy replacing the latches. I paid the repair fee and was on my way. I too bought from them before the owneship changed. The new owners did not cover the my old topper, ie would not fix it for free. That's OK. They treated me very well, and did good, prompt work. They asked me for a review. I was disappointed that they want a 3% fee for using credit. We used to use it all over the place and now a few companies such as this are now charging to use credit cards. Wish I know up front. Otherwise, good experience. read more

I would run far away from this store. They quoted me 2 hours for a rewire of my shell and install of a keyless remote lock. They gave me the run around each time I called and ended up taking 6 hours. When I arrived, the workmanship was less than acceptable as wires were not concealed and were just strewn about. It looked like a I went to a a buddy's house to run the wires as opposed to a professional and factory authorized business. They looked at me like I was crazy when I addressed the workmanship issues. I paid full price and now have to go elsewhere to redo the work. If you want quality work done right the first time, go find another dealer of snug tops. This place will only cost you time and money. read more
