Our 10-year old water heater (40-Gallon Rheem Storage Tank) started leaking and I found Western Rooter through Angi (formerly Angie's List), they were quick to contact me and set up a time for technicians to come by. Their technicians Omar and Carlos worked quickly but were still careful and thorough with the installation even though it was in a relatively difficult spot in the garage, so definitely shout out to the both of them. Also FYI, I was told they only install Bradford White water heaters - I didn't mind since I had done a bit of research myself and read good things about this brand's storage tank water heaters despite possibly having a higher upfront cost compared to other brands. CJ is the best! Came out to scope a sewer line. The line had lots of bends and was extremely hard to make it out to the street. Instead of giving up and telling us we need to install another clean out for a couple thousand dollars, he kept working the line until he made it through to the street.
