Beware!!! They will charge you for things you didn't request or ask for!!! We asked for a quote to get a specific value replaced on our Freightliner. They came back after 2 hours and said it would be around 1000. Then they said I had to pay for a diagnostic before they would give the truck back. I told them I did not request a diagnostic since I KNEW what was wrong. They still made me pay 157 for nothing I had requested. Needless to say I ended up only buying the part. BEWARE!!!!! read more

We are small trucking company took our truck to Western Star Northwest few months back had a lot of work done job came in three times the bid three times as long to do it to our truck back three months later for a leak in the same general vicinity they wouldn't warranty any of the work said it was beyond the scope of what they did the first time. No star. Made an appointment for our motorhome what was having a problem with the Allison transmission. Found a code but didn't know how to fix it, or exactly where it was. So when we picked it up, not fixed, we were charged for three hours with tax $800. So it takes their technician three hours to plug in to get a code, doesn't know how to fix it and test drove it twice. This Particular Freightliner in Ridgefield Washington gives all of Freightliner a bad name...They will sell you a faulty truck and swear it's been inspected which it probably hasn't...they will send you to one of there other dealers only to cover there ass which that dealership will make it seem as if there wasn't a problem but will tell you off the record that there was a problem that he fixed...all for it to malfunction again but now since it's been awhile they don't want no parts of it...you're on your own...they salesmen are liars and will tell you whatever just to sell you a piece of crap lemon truck...Steer clear of this dealership read more

Don't do it. We have spent over 15K here in the last 10 months and don't plan on returning. You should consider going to Pacific Freightliner or Tri-cities. The price for services are about a third the price offered at Ridgefield. Every time we take it here another issue is created. They charged us $300 to tell us the radiator was bad and that is why we brought it in!! And if they say it may be under warrantee, don't believe them. Only once out of the 7 times in the last year we went in was a warrantee honored. read more

Took our Rv to western star for repairs to a leaking seal on the right front wheel. We have only put about 3000 miles on the coach,in a year and 10 months. While on a short trip the plug blew on the wheel that they worked on leaking out the oil. We have minimal breaks and was very scary. We contacted them and they have a 90 day ,sorry about your bad luck policy and offers us no help our solutions. A company that does not stand behind their work. read more

I would give this place a negative 5 stars. Each and every time we have brought our diesel engine in to be worked on or fixed by this company, due to lack of other choices in the area, they have manage to screw it up and then some every single time, Never have the parts on hand, never give you a proper guesstimation of when the repairs will be done, and suck thousands of more dollars out of your pocket. They have hurt our timelines and have absolutely zero empathy or sympathy for someone else's time frame. The customer service is horrible absolutely horrible. You can tell that they are very put out by having a conversation with you. You can tell that since they never called you back when they say they will and you have to continue calling them over and over again that they don't like you. I believe his name is Troy.
